It's not on any planned hiatus, but I also don't know when the next chapter will be done. Life and other things kinda distracted me to be honest, plus I am kinda ignorant of the passage of time sometimes hahahaha ^^;

It is still in my interest and importance to finish this fic eventually, though.

So when the foot clan brought Shredder back from the dead they needed the essence of a Hamato to get to his full power , what if when foot Brute was talking to Draxum about Donatello joining the foot clan was because they were planing to have draxum as a " welcome back meal " and the use donatello as a power boost! For your 1,2,3,(4) fic.

An interesting concept! However, in terms of the canon timeline vs the 123(4) timeline, I am currently expecting my fic to end before the events of the Canon Finale. I'm expecting an epilogue, but no further expansion beyond that (unless I change my mind at the end hahaha).

I'm not really looking to rewrite the show, I started writing 123(4) cause I had a story I wanted to tell. That story was originally much shorter and less complicated, but finishing that story is still the prime and only goal. The Foot Clan/Shredder plot kinda just came as a package deal hahaha

My rambling will hopefully make sense when I get to that point.

It is interesting you bring up the Hamato essence, though. The next chapter actually has some commentary on how the Hamato Clan views This Whole Situation.

Ahhh hell its Feburary. Genuinely thought it was just long January.

I wont make a bullet point list this time about my progress--laying it all out right now I haven't been able to touch the fic since December. Something kind of important came up about a close friend of mine and I've been trying to help get him back on his feet. Technically this has been going on for months but some new developments have occured, go figure. It's gonna take time and its very distracting hahaha. I'm also lowkey looking into getting a second job/new job and the one I have my eye on requires me to learn a couple new skills, which I've been wanting to do for a while now anyway hahaha

I'm doing alright though, all things considering. I don't wanna sound like I'm complaining or doing poorly at the moment, I'm just distracted by life stuff.
