With everything going on with this chapter I totally forgot about Father being Yato’s life line.

I was so focused on Yato saving Yuki that I forgot that Yuki was trying to protect Yato at first

He still believes both he and his father will die Or that Hiyori is enough to keep him alive.

This completely went over my head at first due to my earlier emotions.Idk there just something about this scene that’s so perfect.

Imagine if he did die though lol Might as well put tragedy on the cover seeing as how the series is going Although they already put Yuki on the cover so I guess they got that covered

Should’ve seen this coming since these past chapters we’ve gotten teases to his past as well as close calls to him being touched by the Gods secret. At least now he might understand Yukine’s behavior

Thought I’ve been wanting to see more of his story especially that unrequited love of his. Also, is it just me or is the “look, father” also maybe echoing kazuma’s past ?

The development in their relationship

The way Yukine is snugged into Yato’s cloak!! Look how he’s gripping it tightly and i bet that cloak smells of Yato lol since everyone is always so vocal of his strong smell

“There’s nothing to be afraid of.” I wonder if he’s thinking about those words right now

“Our Sakura Tree” the fact that this statement has multiple meanings now but by far my favorite is how it represents both Yato’s regalia

This scene right here ! He’s hoping that Yukine’s sister will remember like how he’s reminded of Sakura!!!

This mother is cruel ! Like how can she act this way in front of her child and show such hate in her eyes as she’s abandoning him. SHE’S ACTING LIKE SHE COULDN’T BE BOTHERED ! Both his parents are absolutely trash.

At this point the only one shown to care for Yukine was his sister, as she’s the only one shown raising him. But it sucks no one was there for him like he was for his sister. At least now he has a better family

Then Cale proceeds to bleed from his mouth, ears, nose, eyes, and heart. And very so rarely he’s covered in someone else’s blood.

But don’t worry Cale is perfect at avoiding war ! He’s not a commander nor leading the heroes of his country. In no way is he involved in the wars of other countries AND HES NEVER AT THE CENTER OF THESE WARS SACRIFICING HIMSELF COVERED IN BLOOD!! No, No. that only happens in special occasions.
