i keep getting recommended posts and videos abt this game called No I'm Not A Human and from what I can tell the gameplay loop entirely consists of heavily scrutinizing strangers' appearances and making sure they're "really human" except all the stuff that seems to make them Not Human is stuff like... weird smiles, missing teeth, standing unevenly, having slightly too long of legs, i don't even know... it feels so disgusting to me. All of the "not human" traits I saw were just things real life disabled people have. I dont need more people asking me if I'm an alien or zombie in disguise because my spine doesn't connect to my hips correctly so I walk at a bad angle. I don't need more people saying I look like something out of the uncanny valley just because my facial muscles physically cannot smile "normally". It's disgusting. Especially because the main "monster" i keep seeing in art just straight up has the same body type as me and multiple other people I know.
this is ableism.
Hi, so I just wanted to say that it's actually kind of the opposite in the game. The way you figure out who is a human on who is not is by looking at things that look oddly perfect, like people with completely perfect teeth, etc.
