hello dear heart♡, first off thank u that means so much!

i haven't started doing rewards since i don't feel like deserve them yet necessarily,,, but i do have some written down for after i lose 20 more lbs. They're nothing special, it's mostly cosmetic things like clothes, accessories. Or buy things that'll provide more distractions; games, drawing supplies, anything that takes up more of my time. Something I do very rarely for when I fast for longer than usual is buy small snacks or make something that me and my family/friends can share.
