        The dragon looked up from the current book in hand. Pausing to place a        bookmark to mar his place. Full attention was given to the other Sohma.        Half expecting the cat to start launching into some sort of angry tirade…        But that might just be Hatori making assumptions, however he was too used        to Kyo’s angry outbursts.

                             ❝ Did you need to talk? ❞

Kyo stared at Hatori, analyzing every minor detail surrounding the doctor. The cat wasn't one to ask for help, never mind from another Sohma.

"I fucked up my hand." Kyo blurted out, instantly wanting to take them back.

He felt pathetic and weak, but it had been a few days since he had actually injured himself and refused to trust anyone else with his medical care. Normally he would have taken care of it himself, but it had proven to be a struggle when Shigure's home seemed to lack the basic medical supplies.

"Don't ask how it happened, just wrap it up or something." Kyo demanded.
