Damian is the kind of person who I feel like would watch those uncommon animal friendship videos unironically.

He will only discuss them with Colin and Cass, and on some occasions, Bruce. He'll try to show them to him and pretend it's ironic. Tell him to look at this 'idiotic' video, and Bruce will say he thinks that they're cute, so that eventually he can start showing them unironically. Damian finds one of a bat and a robin. Purely a coincidence, right?

Later, Damian starts sending them to Jon without context, who is confused and tells Clark, and then Clark tells Bruce, and then Bruce tells Jon that Dami wants to be his friend. On a side note, I love JonDami SOO MUCH, whether they're romantic or platonic.

It's not that I don't like het ships, but usually they're presented to the audience in a very specific way, and I don't really recall any relationships (in DC) that were once really close friendships. I have a point, I promise. Bernard Dowd. I vaguely know who he is, and yes, Tim should be happy with his boyfriend, but I just personally don't ship them and prefer TimKon? And yeah there's the whole "But they're like brothers blah blah blah.." But I just personally think in media characters are portrayed as having this undying love for their besties and then go off and date some random girl, and I thought I was kinda misogynistic for awhile because I didn't like those ships, but this kinda proves it applied to all genders for me?

the theater kid in me really wants to write a batfam musical... ok hmo tho...

imagine we focus on: dick's life in the circus before bruce, obvi circusy music then the music's tone kinda shifts once his parents died, and then meanwhile we get to see Jason growing up separately, maybe a bit of a grungier sound?? and then the music shifts for him once HIS mom dies, and then we have a song where like they both meet bruce at different times in their lives, then we shift back to Dick growing up and training and stuff, becoming Nightwing, and kinda fast forward that UNTIL Jason comes to live at the manor, and then they meet and we get to explore their bond, and how Jason reacts to bruce, the tension and distrust between them, Jay getting used to dick as his brother, and all the stuff that happens leading up to his death, and then... um. Yeah. idk. Might be story errors, this was just a random idea I had.

Impulse has one of the coolest costumes personally. Like the off white, red but not too bright red, and that little touch of yellow-orange? OUGH it's so yummy. And also in science impulse means a change in momentum/speed and also he has poor impulse control bc he's a lil adhd-er gremlin
