At long last, a page! I had an involuntary vacation to go fight brain cancer. But 3 months in, the fight is finally getting easier. I’ll let you know if it gets harder again for whatever reason. For now, I’m a bald cancer fighter again. (Can you believe my boob cancer got to my brain after FOUR YEARS? Don’t you think it would’ve just given UP by then, with all the radiation and chemo I already went through??) Did the story change a bit to accommodate my new diagnosis? Maybe just a little. But that’s what this comic is about; it’s an allegory for fighting cancer. It’s an expression of the horrible thing in my life. And I get to inflict it all on you guys, muah ha ahha. Diabolical.

In case you were wondering, as a writer of original fictional stories and future author of many stories, yes I support fan fiction and fan works. Whole-heartedly and without condition. When I publish my stories one day, it will be an honor to see that someone has been so inspired by my work that they have chosen to use it as a way to develop their critical reading and writing skills and want to expand it or explore it more in ways that I haven’t. in a universe where everyone has a mark on their body that is unique to them and their soulmate(s) muse a meets their soulmate when muse b comes into their tattoo parlour looking to cover up their soulmark since they’re getting married. heartbroken but believing that it’s only right that they are the one to get rid of the mark muse a goes through with it and finds themselves being dragged into muse b’s friendship group. a couple weeks later muse b turns up at muse a’s door in tears, they’re fiancé having ended the relationship wanting to discover who they are away from muse b. whether they go straight into a relationship or its slow burn is up for decision

in a universe where when you meet eyes with your soulmate the whole world bursts into colour muse a wakes up and realises that their curtains are purple. they met their soulmate while drunk and can’t remember who they were. meanwhile muse b met their soulmate the previous night and forgot to get their number. a couple days later the pair are introduced by a mutual friend and muse b decides not to say anything when muse a doesn’t either. cue pining on both sides because muse a is starting to fall for someone they don’t think is their soulmate while muse b believes that their soulmate wants nothing to do with them
