Here is another drawing based on a chat in the Discord server!! @theshadowrises and I were talking about how, if Jeremiah hadn’t been sprayed with the insanity gas, he and Bruce would continue working side by side for years to come, to the point where Wayne Enterprises becomes known as Wayne-Valeska Enterprises over time. With this, along with them constantly being seen together, people quietly just assumed that they’re married and had a small, private wedding. One day, they find out that everyone has been thinking this when Bruce comes into work without Jeremiah who has been busy at home working on a project for several days in a row, and a secretary mentions that she hasn’t seen Bruce’s husband in a while, to which Bruce is like “My WHAT???”
A while later, they both start wondering, should we???? Get married?? They both awkwardly fumble around how to propose, and eventually end up proposing at the exact same time. And Jeremiah is just, so ready, NOW. YESTERDAY.
