wow darklysong …. if you’re reading this …this is probably the best strange magic fanfiction i’ve read.
codename: kids next door. this toon was/is one of my most cherished memories of my childhood watching cartoon network days. the ending had me crying but it was a happy one. we all need friends like this in our lives. the ones where time and distance mean nothing no matter how long it's been. and nigel's message still is with me today: promise to never grown up. even if you're 100. stay young at heart.

Back in writers mode
It’s been a long hiatus. Lots has happened as Life is getting sort of back to semi-normal ... all I can say. Got stock pile of stories to tell and writing them now. Update laters.

kidnapped by fairies .... but I am back!
I am back after a brief imprisonment by the wee folk, fae, fairies, goblins, or whatever title you use to name these critters. Imprisonment may be a tad harsh but the fairies called it a "extended visit / vacation from the mortal realm" under the order of their kings and queens. I am a jack-of-all-trades bard of sorts. I kept my kidnap ... ers. ... em ...hosts entertained with stories and songs and poetry for two years and two days. I was returned to our realm with no injuries and time related maladies whatsoever.
And I am glad to be back. I have say that it was nice missing how crazy the world got during that time. But right now it's been difficult playing catch up with my life. Long hiatus over and I am back to writing Strange Magic stories with my partner @ezerain my wonderful and talented and awesomely terrific friend. We are doing a major overhaul of our Strange Magic world fan world. Please be patience as we create something that I really hope the Strange Magic fans will embrace and enjoy. This is our labor of love and something we do for fun in our spare time.

weeell .... this is embarrassing I go back to my spare laptop and open my old files only to find it wiped. Gone. Kaput. No story files, pix, or anything. So that means it’s back to square one of the creative process. I did manage to locate my longhand notes .... but so many legal pads ... and none in any real order.
It’s a beginning. And that’s an excellent place to start. Wish me the best of luck tackling that old Strange Magic world of ours. If any one is still interested after all this time, send me a note with well wishings and questions. Luff tah hear from you!

Today starts as one of those perfect December mornings, when I can heard a light patter of rain on the window and I am still warm and snug in bed, taking my sweet time waking up. The Christmas lights, that serve as my night light, are twinkling in dark, classical music playing on the radio (can’t sleep without it), and everything is right with the world.
My roommates’s dog has her head on the bed’s edge complete with those large puppy dog “please feed me” eyes. Ah well, guess it’s time to really wake up and face the day.
