HOW TO BE GOTH IN HEAT WAVE
Ask Muslims how they do it
If you shouldnt call the police regardless of circumstance then what do you do when a school is being shot up, just wait for it to stop lol? Or when its something like that mass shooting that happened in vegas some years back?
The majority of mass shootings in the US are stopped by the shooter killing himself or being stopped by a civilian lol like literally the one explicit example you chose (the 2017 vegas shooting) the guy committed suicide in his room which the police didn't even enter for over an hour after the shooting stopped. Cops are pussies and literally everything they do in a shooter response is better done by other emergency services.

They're going to keep doing this until they accidentally 9/11 a NASCAR event with an AC-130, then spend 100 million dollars getting an army of groypers to post that the pilot was probably trans
Love that we have a DoD that doesn’t believe in tradeoffs
>"Why does [rule] exist? Its pointless and only stops cool stuff!"
>leadership stops enforcing rule
>cool stuff happens for a while
>someone makes minor mistake at the wrong time
>100 civilians killed
>"How did we let this happen?"
You think you like cool shit until people die.
It’s “carry on patriots” until a lowest bidder part fails and an F-18 kills 100 beachgoers. Then all the people saying aviation safety doesn’t matter will become NATOPS experts overnight.
I still can't believe we've reached the 20th of the month and haven't even hit the $300 mark yet.
Please help us if you can HERE
Go to paypal.me/bushrabo and type in the amount. Since it’s PayPal, it's easy and secure. Don’t have a PayPal account? No worries.
I appreciate anyone who still cares about me & my family 🙏

Something isnt right
I think about The Man of the Hole so often. 27 years alone. 27 years with no one to speak to but strangers to wave to. Survived a genocide, a massacre that killed everyone he had ever known and later, an assassination attempt. He still tried to warn researches about the traps he built. He was only about 60 when he died in 2022. The people who tormented him in life later desecrated his grave.
I do think it is important to share the stories of the Lone Woman of San Nicolas Island and Ishi and the countless other indigenous people who experienced the profound trauma of being the last survivor but it is important to remember that the last Aboriginal families in Australia to be contacted by Europeans were resettled in the 1980s and the Indian government has proposed a plan that will mean total genocide for the Shompen people. The total eradication of indigenous peoples, their cultures, their languages, their ways of life, is not something which occurred in a distant ugly past but an ongoing progress.

5001 being divisible by 3 doesnt feel right
Shortcuts to determine if an integer is divisible by:
This is a given.
If the last digit is divisible by 2 (a.k.a. even), then so is the whole number.
If the sum of the digits is divisible by 3, then so is the whole number. The recursivity of this means that if the sum has multiple digits, you can add them up again until you get a single digit and see if it's 3, 6, or 9.
Like the rule for 2, but check if the last two digits are divisible by 4.
If it ends in 5 or 0.
If the rules for both 2 and 3 apply.
No shortcut. Alas.
Like the rules for 2 and 4, but check if the last three digits are divisible by 8. (Yes, this pattern keeps going for 16, 32, etc.)
Like the rule for 3, but the sum of the digits (or the sum of the sum of the digits, etc.) must be 9.
If it ends in 0.

a lot of people assume psychosis hallucinations are super intense all-consuming horror movie shit like the memes about the hat man or always horrible debilitating things that make you dangerous to be around
but in my experience 95% of my hallucinations are getting spooked by very clearly hearing someone knocking on my door or calling my name from another room or hearing footsteps walking behind me which are "just" my brain recreating the horror of an abusive childhood
i *have* gotten the "bugs crawling all over me" hallucination once or twice though and yeah that one is exactly as terrible horrible as it sounds AUGH
(not trying to put you on blast specifically, you're just a good example to jump off of)
media and pop culture hypes up psychosis a lot as The Worst That Can Happen out of sanism, so even when you try and filter that cultural bias out you still assume it's based on something
when, no, psychosis is actually very simple: it's just hyperactive pattern matching. it's your brain's signal-to-noise ratio being off balance, it's seeing images in random static. it's not always this special uniquely big thing, it's in fact quite mundane a lot of the time.
no one is immune to psychosis, it's not purely the realm of the insane. anyone is one bad night of sleep or one bad case of food poisoning or one bad fever away from being just like me on my worst days.
and this, indeed, is why solidarity with the insane is so important: you, yes you too, are just one bad day from joining us, and no perceptions of being a "temporarily embarrassed sane person" will save you from the oppression of the psychiatric institution.
