This is crazy! Why is this beautiful home so cheap? Because it's actually a 1973 double-wide trailer behind the facade. The Santa Clarita, CA home was created by a talented Disney production manager. The entry of the home has fixtures and molding that is modeled after the Titanic movie. 2bds, 1ba, 960sqft, $225k (Zillow's est.: $223,800). $1,297 lease for the trailer park space.

He handcrafted some more fun things inside, too.

The living room is supposed to look like an industrial underground set.

Long breakfast bar in the kitchen.

This must be a pantry, but a secret door is supposed to open to the primary bedroom, so maybe this is the secret passage.

The kitchen's pretty nice. Ties in with the theme.

The dining room is modeled after the Titanic movie set.

The 2nd bedroom is a blank slate and has sliders to a nice terrace.

The bath isn't too bad. Looks a little castle-like.

The primary bedroom is more elegant and has French doors to its terrace.

Has a laundry room with a nice big window.

Coming out the back door, you can see that it's a trailer.

Has a nice garden with an orange tree.

This is a lovely, huge townhouse in this mammoth building in Bath, UK. It has 8bds, 8ba, & 7 reception rooms, 8,352sqft, including a carriage house. It's pretty pricey, though- £6.250m / $8,316,250.00 approx. USD.

The Royal Crescent was designed by John Wood the Younger, built between 1767 – 1775, and is an example of Georgian architecture.

Can you imagine living in this unit? The unit was renovated and designed by Interior Designer Clair Strong.

Since there are 7 reception rooms, it makes sense that one would lead into another. What beautiful wood on the doors.

This is a family/reception room with sliders to the beautiful garden on one side, and the patio on the other. The room features a built-in shelving unit and a large skylight roof.

Here's a pretty dining room with a fireplace and a niche with a bar.

Large eat-in kitchen with modern gray cabinetry.

Nice comfy TV room.

These dark rooms simulate a 1920s Speakeasy with a bar.
