Im an aspiring writer, have experience writing short stories but nowadays I mainly write “freeform” poetry (is that the term?)

I’m a huge metal head, my favorite bands include System of a Down, Ministry, Primus, and Korn, and i have listened to pretty much every band of those respective sub-genres

I’m kind of a book worm, some favorites are The Hunger Games series, a Series of Unfortunate Events and The Book Thief (recs welcome :))

Huge gamer too, from Pokémon to Stardew Valley to Bioshock to Doki Doki Literature Club and a lot of in between

28 years later, the real Filthpig returns.

A close friend of the photographer learned that one of his co-workers was the 'politician' whom Ministry and original artist Paul Elledge used for the album's cover. They re-created him just in time for the real Filthpig to introduce the band to the stage at Chicago's Aragon Ballroom.

I know I havent posted since I said I was gonna post my writing, but now i actually kind of am?

If you like the CBS show Ghosts(US), i have started a fanfiction on Wattpad called ‘Astral Projection.’

(Synopsis Below)

Arthur is a very introverted and anti-social man who finally decides to hang out with a friend, and where better than the 1st annual St. Patricks Day Fair at the Woodstone Bnb?

Unfortunately for him, an accident results in his death. However, he comes to find that his stay at the Bed and Breakfast has just begun…and he’s not staying alone.

As he gets to know and tries to keep up with the antics of several unusual ghosts from different points of Woodstone’s history, he also finds himself helping out with business problems from Sam and Jay, the humble husband and wife that own the mansion.

It’s a good thing Sam can see ghosts.

The question is, will Arthur be able to break out of his shell and finally open up to the others about his own problems and history? Or will he close himself off again? He realizes he’ll have to make some hard choices, otherwise his stay might last forever…

Since I’m still getting back into writing I’ve only got one part out that established the setting, but part two is currently being written, and after a bit of thinking I have some fun ideas for the overall plot. I’ll also be using a combination of info the show has given us and some of my own educated head-cannons. It will likely have a similar comedic tone, but I also want to implement more serious moments and dialogue.

Episode two will hopefully be out within the week. I work quite a bit so I only have so much time and energy to write. I’m not giving up on this though! I hope you like it, and I’m also open to ideas!

This sounds like the words of an innocent man NGL. Y'all are taking the charge and running with it. Luigi likely isn't the guy and regardless the legal precedent is INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY.

NYT has been discouraging reporters from sharing photos of luigi mangione - not due to concerns for his safety but to dissuade sympathy - and refuses to post his alleged manifesto in full. and today, they published an opinion by bret stephens about how brian thompson is the "real working class hero" of this story.

reddit deleted luigi's account, which was completely innocuous and consisted mostly of him giving out advice in health subreddits. they're also deleting any post that includes his alleged manifesto and banning users for sharing it.

luigi yelled that this was "an insult to the intelligence of the american people" while he was being dragged by police and news pundits are framing it as a deranged and violent outburst. news media are picking apart details of his life to paint him as a cold-blooded and mentally ill individual. even something as innocent as playing "among us" with friends is being framed as some insidious look into an assassin's disturbed psyche, ffs.

news media are also capitalizing on luigi's supposed "bizarre and impossible to understand" politics as an obvious way to paint him as a scary individual when the guy is... a centrist, at most. whose views are similar to those of your average college-educated white guy.

multiple news media also keep harping on about how luigi comes from a rich family. an obvious attempt to break the class solidarity that's been formed around this case by continuously trying to tell us "oh he's not like you guys" while ignoring the now pretty well-documented accounts of his multiple health struggles throughout the years.

and all this, and he hasn't even been found guilty of the crime he's allegedly committed. luigi is, as of right now, still innocent until proven guilty. and the news are trying to tear him apart because they obviously fear the symbol he's becoming for low and middle class america.
