This was a freestyle that I did the other night in a deep meditation about my life. I have dug myself out of the pits of hell during this spiritual awakening journey. As I finally see harmony and peace surround me. My past confronts me for one last stand on the battlefield to kill my joy and peace. A ripple effect of past choices attempts to extinguish the light shining through the freshly broken walls of my heart. Realizing the wounds around my heart are festering...I have no choice but to call on the source of all creation for healing. The cost is surrendering all attachments and exceptions of what I want in life. So I can fully step in and experience my highest calling. As the remaining holds are illuminated I allow source to breakdown all the remaining walls. Having 4 kids with school approaching has its struggles. So many things to remember school supplies, face masks, new clothes and shoes!! It is easy to get caught up on the 3D reality of life. I have been thinking a lot about life and what really matters most...Unconditional love 💕 This is one of my favorite verses about what love truly means. 1 Corinthians 13 If I speak in the tongues[a] of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. 2 If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. 3 If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast,[b] but do not have love, I gain nothing. 4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. 8 Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away. 9 For we know in part and we prophesy in part, 10 but when completeness comes, what is in part disappears. 11 When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put the ways of childhood behind me. 12 For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. The internal critic within my mind and its dialog never cease yelling, amplified by my fears, doubts, and disbelief. Deep within my soul, there is a longing for something so much more. I know the key is within my heart, and the internal language I speak undoubtedly plays a part. Understanding my soul's mission creates a stable path with a firm foundation of unconditional Love, communication, and overall joyfulness and happiness. As a human, I get an opportunity to choose to feel and acknowledge my #emotions by validating their existence. I am #emotionally charged, burdened by a society of people who have sold their souls, but not just for dollars. Forgetting who they were was just the start of their problems. The fear of #intimacy crept in, so they couldn't help but hideaway, getting lost hidden in the shadows. They have fallen so deeply asleep they can't even understand. Yet process their problems. Is there anyone around who can help me? Or is this a journey I must travel alone? As I lay in this stream of thought, I see myself setting each #anxiety and fear down on a fallen tree leaf. I visualize each tree leaf drifting away down a creek with a large waterfall far away from my mind, body, and spirit. Paradigms are shifting, rising me above the ashes, reborn as a phoenix birthed within a wildfire of sadness. As I learn this life lesson, my body begins responding to the truth, spoken in Love and kindness. Love is the key to healing everyone, riddled with hidden torment and sadness. Love always seems to find its way through the battlefields of the mind. With pure intentions to disarm defenses and triggers. As I dive deeper into my subconscious mind, a lost child is finally found allowed to show up and finally shine. Welcomed to play freely without a care in the world, able to dream of whatever he pleases. There is no anxiety about what he should do in his eyes. He is oblivious to the weight of what the world tells him about his problems. He is a strategic solution-driven problem solver who laughs in the face of a challenge.
