Every Frame a Paintingâs Tony Zhou and Taylor Ramos seem to be regularly releasing their excellent video essays again (in partnership with Criterion). The latest installment is on The Visual Comedy of Wes Andersonâs Isle of Dogs.
I havenât seen the movie, and know nothing about it, but my immediate thought seeing this image was - this is what ascending to heaven looks like.
