Texture map for design class midterm. It is a map of the campus from the front gate to my special spot: the greenhouse. The grass is the inside of a (new) sock painted green, the soil is paint with crumbled pita chips mixed in, and the rock wall is made of carefully selected (for size) Nerds candies glued down and painted. The greenhouse is paint with small flower nail-embellishments glued on, underneath clear plastic to show the glass greenhouse, then painted with white supports.

Design class final project

The purpose of this project is to eliminate or at least lessen the dog waste that owners leave about. Some dog owners have decided that they either don't need to pick it up, or they think it's too "gross" and that they aren't going to touch it. Whatever the justification or excuse, the waste is being left in the ground piling up. This is very big problem in many communities all around the world, and until we change attitudes about clean-up, it will just get worse.
