So, I re-watched The Force Awakens today, and I noticed something. In all of The Last Jedi posters with the protagonists, they were all wearing red coats, or red capes or cloaks.

About a half hour or so after 1:00:00 in TFA, some of the pilots are wearing the same red attire, including Poe Dameron. As we all probably know by now, red is the main color for TLJ’s color scheme, and only the protagonists are wearing this red attire.

If the pilots in the Resistance in TFA were wearing red coats, this mean the protagonists in the posters are probably part of the Resistance. You can also notice in the photo above that Kylo is wearing red, meaning this movie will be focusing on Kylo Ren’s humanity, as well as his redemption arc. The photo above is combining Kylo and Rey’s posters, however, if this poster was not made by a fan, this could strongly suggest that Rey is responsible for Kylo’s redemption.

Also, many people in the Reylo community have noticed that Kylo has some opposite parallels to Darth Vader/Anakin Skywalker. Padme could not bring Anakin back to the light via romantic love, but years later Vader seeing his son, Luke, inspired him to redeem himself to protect his son. Vader then turned back to Anakin after the familial love from Luke, but he couldn’t for Padme (romantic love).

If Kylo really does have opposite parallels to his grandfather, Rey could be the reason for his redemption. Han Solo (his father), could not turn him back via familial love, but Kylo’s possible romantic interest in Rey could convince him to join the light once again because that is where she is.

I don’t know, this is just a photo theory.
