I'm so confused by the layout of this 1974 home in La Fayette, NY. 5bds, 4ba, 2,802sqft, Reduced $50k to $799k
I'm assuming that this is the main entrance, but who knows?
This appears to be the living room. It comes to a point and there's a modern fireplace.
And, of course this is the kitchen/dining area.
The glass-enclosed space must be a sunroom or conservatory.
Tile and a ladder to a loft?
This must be the primary bedroom suite.
It has a door to either stairs or a terrace and a closet w/a dresser.
A bath with stained glass.
Looks like a walk-in closet.
A 2nd bedroom with a bath.
Stairs lead up to a loft, possibly another bedroom.
And, more stairs go up to this bedroom.
On the ground floor, this appears to be a rec room with a stage.
These stairs come up to a hallway with doors, probably to the bedrooms and baths. I think that the door at the end is for the spiral stairs that go up to the rooftop deck.
Not lovin' these.
No wonder there's no furniture up here. Those stairs.
Wandered a bit after a visit to the AKG and The Big Duck at Canalside. This is the Maritime Memorial Park, in front of the Buffalo Harbor Museum. I noticed three of these little bronzes in a row and followed a trail of them around the park until I finally found the plaque.
