Like, maybe you can't get Farmer Bob on board with voting for the Communist party, but you might get him on board with AHFA, the American Healthcare Freedom Act, which ensures all americans the freedom to live in good health and encourages fierce capitalistic competition in the healthcare industry by creating a government backed corporation offering a default insurance to everyone (for free) to serve as a baseline for profit-motivated companies to compete and differentiate against.

Maybe you can get him to vote for Rural Independence act, which supports small farms and farming towns by paying them to grow diverse varieties of foods that the government then buys and distributes to schools and food banks and community organizations in nearby cities.

Maybe you can get him to vote for the Restoring American Infrastructure act that hires tens of thousands of unemployed Americans and provides them with education and job training to repair roads and bridges and other major infrastructure, or the American National Monuments act that expands funding for national and state parks, or the American Economic Growth and Independence act, which provides money to public transportation and education services to help people get to work and learn new skills to remain competitive in the job market.

None of these things are perfect of course, they're all just stepping stones, but they're ones that you can re-frame to be more appealing to folks who would otherwise scoff at things like universal healthcare, or free lunch programs, or more government jobs, or public transit funding. Framing is important, and you need to tailor your framing to the groups you're pitching to, and this is genuinely one way of doing it. It's not that people will or will not vote for something based on the name alone, but more that a name that appeals to them lets you get a foot in the door, and keeps them in the conversation long enough to hear you out.
