Asking for the chance anyone has it
There used to be a DWSA bootleg on Vimeo from the LA production. It no longer exists. Does anyone happen to have it?
It was low quality visually, and split into “disc 1″ and “disc 2″. I don’t know the dates and haven’t even been able to find the names of the actors who preceded Alex, Andy and Krysta, and it was a different Otto too.

Quick update: life is overwhelming atm but I’ll get back to the survey as soon as I can
Time blindness is the weirdest aspect of executive dysfunction and so weird as an experience to live with. It’s like you see the clock, the clock says 3pm, you look at the clock again and it’s 3:02, then 3:05, and then you look again and it’s 8pm and WHAT THE FUCK.
You don’t even need hyperfocus. But hyperfocus is like the Warp Speed:tm: version cause when that hits, it’s 3pm and then it’s the next day and why is the sun rising and when did i last eat and oh god i need to use the bathroom. And oh, also, you’re EXHAUSTED. The act of your brain tunnel visioning on something drains you (but that’s another topic).
Time blindness is…. having the general knowledge that today is Wednesday, and you need to do something on Thursday. Thursday is logically tomorrow, but the mysterious void of time is like ‘that’s like next week or something.’ It’s knowing you have to do something in three weeks on the 21st. And as the days creep closer, the 21st is stuck in a constant state of still being 3 weeks away, despite the fact it’s now tomorrow.
It’s wild. ADHD is literally living in a constant state of “There is Now. And there is Later.” and there’s no in between; no dates, no times; no hours, weeks, or months. It’s just Now and Later, and oh god why is is X o’clock already!?
Holy shit someone actually described my relationship with time wtf.
fellas
whats a gender neutral term that still carries the weight of “catboy”
THANK YOU
@ayom-kemo-ari is this you?
Minerva McGonagall Is A Lesbian And I Love Her.
Her wife’s name is Sarai and she’s a muggle.
Sarai moves to Hogwarts with Minerva during the school year because she sure as heck isn’t leaving her wife for that long. But since she can’t see the castle as anything but an old pile of ruins…Hogsmeade. Minerva’s rooms in the castle are connected to her – their – house in the village by a doorway (which the Room of Requirement tried duplicating during the war, but it only managed to make a tunnel because Minerva is, was, and always will be Better Than You).

*** ONLY answer this survey if you are autistic/ neuroatypical *** *** This survey takes around 2-5 minutes to complete. *** Alright autistics, we need to have a conversation. As you know, "high-functioning" vs. "low-functioning" is a dichotomy that doesn't exist in reality. It's based on how neurotypicals perceive disability, which centers around visibility and how much they are inconvenienced by it. This being said, there's a whole range (a spectrum, if you will) of patterns and behaviors associated with autism, and not everyone is the same. The generic "autism spectrum disorder" does more harm than good, in my opinion, as it contains roughly zero information. It's like saying someone has a mood disorder - there's something, but what it is is anyone's guess: is it someone with selective mutism, sensory processing disorder and high performance on academic tests? Is it someone who infodumps about their special interest and misreads situations? Is it someone with ADHD whose conversations with others rarely exceed 15 seconds and has a cognitive disability? It's important to understand the connection between these people. It's important that neurotypicals don't randomly lump some symptoms together. But do you think we could maybe create symptom clusters (call them Type A, B, etc.) that would make it easier for everyone to understand what kind of autistic a person is, without them having to list all the symptoms? Because I believe in the importance of privacy, respect and appropriate interactions. I have put together this survey to see if there are any patterns we could use.

Please reblog this, I want to get as much data as possible
Responses have stopped coming in (I’ve got 40 so far), so I’m sharing this again. Thanks to all who shared until now!
We have nearly 900 responses! This is AMAZING, and I’m working on finding the best way to analyze the data. In the meantime, I promise that if/ when we hit 1000 I’ll publish the basic data that Google gives me (the total number of people who picked each answer). If you* haven’t yet - go and fill out the survey!
* Not for allistic people.
You got me a bit confused about your answer, what do you mean by autistic leaning? Like autistic and autistic cousins ? If simply autistic people why not simply say the survey is for autistic
Autistic cousins sounds about right :)
Hello, in your survey do you expect answers from autistic people only or other kind of neuroatypical people ?
So this is the question I've been dreading, because neuroatypical refers to many things, even epilepsy. The way I meant it is the autistic-leaning neuroatypical, if that makes sense?Basically, I don't want someone to not answer just because they "don't feel autistic enough". If you're allistic, don't answer, even if you're otherwise neuroatypical. I guess this would have been better wording, I'll edit it into the description later today.Thanks for asking!
Hello, i have a question about your survey - do you only want officially diagnosed people to answer those questions? I only have a suspected diagnosed of autism and am currently waiting to get an official diagnosis. I wanted to ask before I give you information you may not want.
Undiagnosed people are very welcome to answer! I myself have never been properly diagnosed, and yet have known for years. The first question on the survey has the options "undiagnosed" and "not sure" for this very reason. Thanks for checking!
