PWHL: Okay so thanks to the Olympics the PWHL has never been more popular and even if its a bit financially risky I think we're ready to expand to 12 teams. How should we handle it this year? Also the PWHL: I have a great idea, lets make a completely arcane process where expansion teams gut the other teams with only 3 protected players each and no way to balance what teams are losing how many players. Then, after the original 8 teams have been gutted let the expansion teams draft before 6 existing teams seemingly arbitrarily. All the new fans who joined us this year and already picked a team will hate it!
