I brought my very first Haikyuu jersey today uwu

Although I'be been in love with this series for more than 5 years already, I've not once thinking about getting myself one. Why, maybe because I've thinking along the line that I only need one to do a cosplay and to be honest, I'm not very good at potrait male character. (I've tried once)

But hey I could very well wear this for a work out uwu

Another push is one of my friend only start reading Haikyuu recently and it feel so refresh to watch her reading and feeling like the first time.

At the time when I started working on this project the only reference I have was 1 standee and 1 group img where Naib stood far and small in the back. There was no concept art as well as the 360 model given so if I happen to interpret any details wrongly hope you guys understand and forgive me!

It take me approximate 4 hours to make each (except for the Practice Period only take 3 and the Spring Sonata take 5) At first I plan to wait till I reach 40 hours in making these but i accidentally drop THE WHOLE BLACK INK BOTTLE onto the fabric on the 8th one :cry:   because i stay up for over 28hrs that day after fail to get the discord link, tho. Guess I just take my time and remake it later Here are the simple 4 steps WIP/Tutorial if anyone want to follow. 

The first one, I was eager to join the 40hrspractice challenge so I did not think much and automatically choose one of Twoset famous motto

2nd one, follow my favourite merch. I change the black color to more feminine one (pink - darker shade of pink - red ) 

3rd one, because I highlight the wrong letter “C” at the fist one i tend to re-create it.  But i’m afraid it did not shout “TWOSET” as I want so I add the f holes (and wings because they’re cute)

I simply want a pink one, and big capacity, and looks like a Japanese school girl bag

Also another one to match my favourite merch. I first mark the letter as high as in TS shirt, then I realize the bow gonna cover the text so have to move it down a bit

The sold-out in 3 days merch inspired. It was in the time my financial being strongly effect by the Covid-19 so I did not afford to have one by then (still not now   .･ﾟﾟ･(／ω＼)･ﾟﾟ･.

Also did not able to purchase inspired one

I already making Bakarina’s costume since last year, even before anime announcement. Furthermore I ordered the Light Novel since March as a birthday present to myself.

But since i have to take care of commission for other first I still did not have time to finish the costume for myself. And also no time to read the light novel. Official English translation is only till Vol 5 if I remember correctly.

Thinking back I really made lot of Identiy V project. The 2D concept art and 3D model have many different details and that made my job as a costume maker really hard.

They both look great and in the end the costume will come out really nice.

That the motivation to keep me awake and finish every project even how tired I am

One of my proudest pieces of work in 2019 It take me three attempt to get it right. I miss place the pattern at first and had wrong choice of fabric on the second trial.

Join the 40 hours of Practice as a non-musician 

This is the first time that I try the embroidery on the sewing machine. I don’t know if it get better i’d like to think that i have some improvement but I only use 16 out of 40 hours yet, and smh I feel the more I made the more  I prefer the first/previous one ;;-;;

My original plan was to reach 40 hours, hope that I would really be better by then.
