might make this a series, might not. I only own my oc I don't own anything else.
NSFW, evil cycle Kalego, cuddly Kalego, horny Kalego, biting.
You can replace Una with you if you'd like.
Una, a curvy ram demon, owns a cafe not too far from Bablys. It's fairly popular for students and teachers alike. One day she noticed one of her regulars Kalego (who orders an energizing tea and two meat pastries) didn't come in. Since the two go way back, (he was one of her first regulars and often ranted to her about work), Una decided to close up early and bring him some food. What she didn't expect was to find Kalego at the height of his evil cycle.
Una had convinced herself that it was just a busy day. There were occasional times when Kalego got so busy he didn't show up in the morning to pick up his usual order. Even if he was around so often she prepared his order before he even entered the shop. Kalego was punctual and stuck to routines but he wasn't perfect.
However, the third day he didn't show, Una started to worry. This had never happened before. Not since she opened her cafe and certainly not when Bablys was in session. That's probably what led her to check on her gloomy customer.
She liked to consider Kalego an ally. Or at the very least a reliable patron. And like any good cafe owner she took her patrons very seriously. It was only natural.
As such, after closing down her cafe, she prepared a handful of savory pastries that Una knew Kalego liked, and even a home cooked meals. She would just check in on her customer and leave.
As she landed outside of Kalego's house her tail twitched nervously. She smoothed her wildly hair around her curved horns and took a breath. Una knocked three times on the front door and waited.
And waited.
And waited.
... Perhaps he wasn't home. Una gave a soft sigh, unable to determine if it was relief for her nerves or disappointment for the wasted trip. However just as she turned around to leave, the door creaked open.
Una blinked in surprise. Taking a step closer, she peered inside the house. It didn't do much good considering how dark it was.
Suppressing the cold shiver that threatened to make its way up her spine, Una steeled her nerves.
"Kalego. It's me, Una." She called out, stepping over the threshold of the front door. "You haven't been coming to the cafe, so I brought you some food. Just as um... a gift." Una would admit she should've thought this through more.
Una closed the door behind her and removed her shoes. Then she proceeded to walk down the dimly lit hallway into the main area of the house. It was dark, she could hardly make out what was in front of her.
"Kale- oof!" As she took a hesitant step forward, she bumped into something.
Una immediately tensed as she noted the signature dark clothing of the Bablys guard dog. She took a step back out of instinct.
Kalego took a step forward. As if following her movements.
Now that Kalego was this close, and Una's eyes had adjusted to the dark, she could see things clearly. His clouded expression, his disheveled hair, Kalego was clearly in his evil cycle.
Una swallowed a lump forming in her throat. Kalego was well known to be rank Chet (8) while she was only rank He (5). She stood no chance if he decided that she was no longer welcomed. Best to get out now.
"I-" Una stammered, but collected herself. This was no time to panic. "I brought you some food." She held out the basket containing the food she had packed earlier. Kalego stared, not saying a single word. Una wondered if she had done something wrong; until Kalego reached a hand out and plucked the basket from her grasp. Kalego turned and set the basket on the table of his kitchen, opening the lid and exploring the content.
Silently cheering for the success of her mission, Una turned to leave. She really didn't want to overstay her welcome.
She barely made it three steps.
As she was walking a pair of strong arms wrapped around her torso, pulling her back into a solid chest. Una yelped, startled and frightened by the sudden actions.
Una held her breath, waiting for arms or teeth to tear her to shreds, but there was nothing.
Kalego just held her against his chest; resting his head on her shoulder. Una stayed still, not really sure what to make of this. Slowly, she pivoted her head to make eye contact with him.
In his eyes she didn't see the anger or stress that was common in demons during their evil cycle; instead he looked... tired. Very tired. And a bit confused as well.
Slowly Una stepped away, prying herself from his grip. He let her go willingly although she could've sworn she heard a soft whine coming from the guard dog of Bablys.
Una turned around fully standing toe to toe with Kalego... before she opened her arms to hug him properly. He looked like he needed it.
Kalego didn't waste a second, wrapping his arms around her stomach and resting his hands on her back. Una slowly hugged him back, placing one hand on his shoulder and another around the back of his head.
"... I don't pretend to know the challenges you've been facing." Una began, hoping he was coherent enough to understand her words. "But I'm not afraid, and if you need someone to lean on, or just listen to your worries I'll be there." She took a deep breath. "Because... I like you... a lot... because I look forward to our morning talks and because seeing your face is one of the best parts of my day. Because I see how hard you work and how much you care, even if you deny it." Una's face felt like it was on fire. "Because, if you gave me the chance I would love to spend as much time as possible with you."
Finally, she said it. It took literal years, but she said it.
Kalego didn't move, just continued to hold her. Una began to feel like a fool after a minute. That was until Kalego held her tighter, causing her to gasp. His head pulled away from her shoulder, instead he pressed his face into the crook of her neck... and bit.
Una let out a yelp as she felt a sharp pain on the side of her neck. It dulled only a moment later. Kalego lapped up the wound, letting out what sounded like a pleased hum. Una was practically paralyzed. Scared to move in case the moment ended (or he decided to bite harder). If her face felt hot before, she was certain it was beet red now. Especially when Kalego leaned back and had the audacity to smirk.
Una pouted, which only served to make Kalego more pleased with himself. He held her close, burying his face in her hair and inhaling sharply. He dragged his claws lower, to the point where he was groping the flesh of her ass.
In all honesty she was startled he was so willing to do this when she had only just confessed, but she blamed that much of the evil cycle. It was well known that it made demons become hornier.
Una's train of thought ended when she was suddenly hoisted onto Kalego's shoulder. She let out another yelp as she felt herself being carried across the dimly lit room to the large bed.
Kalego gently placed her onto the plush mattress, before unceremoniously ripping off his own clothes.
Una could have stared at his body for hours alone, His torso was the epitome of perfections, abs that trailed down his front to what could only be described as nirvana. Paired with his already disheveled appearance from his evil cycle, he looked like he had just stepped out of her wet dreams.
And she was feeling the effects.
Kalego's smirked down at her, which didn't help the growing wetness between her legs, and tilted his head. "Ready?" He spoke for the first time. His voice lowers than she remembered and much huskier.
Una nodded once, and like a predator on prey, he pounced.
The doorbell rang two days later, Shicirou Balam stood at the entrance of Kalego's house. The door opened to show a scowling Kalego. He looked entirely different from the orderly Naberius Kalego that was known at Bablys. Balam couldn't help but point out how poorly his 'friend' was doing.
Kalego led Balam into the house, passed torn up curtains and furniture to the main room. Balam entered the kitchen to prepare the medicine he brought while Kalego sprawled out on the couch.
Setting down a cup of tea in front of Kalego, Balam sat across from him. "Was it that bad?" He began to ask, when the door of the bathroom opened.
Una stepped out, hair still drenched from the shower, and wearing one of Kalego's t-shirts. She froze the moment she saw Balam, glancing from him to Kalego and back again. Balam froze too, shocked into silence by the presence of a half-naked demoness.
The only one who seemed unbothered was Kalego, who was shamelessly staring that the bite marks along Una's neck.
"... busy few days?" Balam finally asked, turning to Kalego once more.
Kalego just smirked. Cheeky bastard.
