Mr. New Vegas talking sweetly and just generally being so romantic on the airwaves is such a wonderful addition to New Vegas. Yes, Travis from the fourth game is funny and quickly, but Mr. New Vegas genuinely is very pleasant to listen to and makes my heart happy. Even in the thick of things with the Mojave throwing curveballs and everything you meet trying to kill you, he reassures that you are fine and he will always be there to play music for you even if all the rest of the world tunes out.
Not only that, but saying such warm things (along the lines of) such as in response to asking if he has a girl, “Yes, I do. And you’re her. And you’re still as perfect as the day we met,” to the listener of the radio. I’ll talk Mr. New Vegas over Travis or Three Dog any day.
