New Yearโs Eve was all about friends, fun, and Ludoโbut with a twist. We played a Pokรฉmon-themed version I designed featuring Raichu, Blastoise, Venusaur, and Charizard.
It wasnโt just a game though; it was a test run. Putting the board game into practice with friends gave me a whole new perspective. Seeing and feeling how the pieces moved, how the designs worked in action, and my friends' feedback showed me exactly where it needs tweaking.
From gameplay flow to piece functionality, thereโs always room for improvement when you step out of the planning phase and into real use.
If youโre creating somethingโwhether itโs a game, a product, or even artโthereโs no better way to refine it than by experiencing it as your future audience would. Itโs fun and productive.

Christmas Gingerbread Milkshake
This is my one of my favourite "milkshakes" during winter season (I use plant-based milk). Usually, it's not so brown, but I love cinnamon. ๐
