realized rocky and grace were recording a video log when rocky found out grace was on a one way trip/offered to give him astrophage to go home and i don't think they turned off the camera so unless grace deleted the footage (which he may not have thought to do) earth gets an up close and personal view to how much rocky and grace care about one another when they get those probes and see an alien outraged and grieving that grace was sent to die along with giving up fuel so he can go home

There's also "Under the Hail Mary's Watchful Eye," which takes pre-canon characters (including Yáo and Ilukhina!) and makes them watch the movie as we see it.

What I've picked up on: 1. They can't be hallucinations. There's no way I could make any of this up. I'm not sure the Eel would stoop this low either.

2. They're RICH. Food, oxygen, water, plants <- they feel like the Mother

Food may be a problem, though. I eavesdropped.

3. They're scientists and they wanna experiment on me. Haven't said it out loud, but I can read between the lines. Guess I gotta prepare for that.

4. They're both from planets, Grace is directly from Earth. The idea of not being from Earth specifically is foreign (No space colonization?)

5. They're the only ones on the ship. Other crew seem to have died (there's 3 human beds)

6. Definitely not Eden, probably not COI. They care about "progress" like the COI, but the COI wouldn't waste this amount of resources on 3 people

i had.... another idea.

basically, i slap Amnesia Grace into the iron lung after simon uses the cancer button and is sent back down. and then they do a Canon Divergence and stuff happens

im genuinely considering writing a fic for it (because i canNOT make 2 comics at a time) and i feel like i need to be talked out of it. i literally dont write, its not my artform, why do i think i can write a fanfiction
