It'll be 3 weeks on Friday since I saw the doctor about my swollen knee. Once I started ignoring his advice of "JuSt WaLk oN iT" it's actually started to feel somewhat normal again.

So note to self: if this happens again rest is best.

And advice to anyone else who gets this type of injury: ice it elevate it and get a good compression bandage.
