Made a smoothie for a late night snack.
•Apples (I recommend Skinned Apple) •Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt (Can Use Vanilla for Taste) •Cinnamon •Almonds •Chia Seeds •Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (Can use Sweet Almond Milk for taste preference) •My Own Vanilla Protein Powder
Approximately 38g Protein Low Carbs Moderate Calories
