Look…Not to be all Cinema Sins and not to pretend the Tinkerbell movies are in anyway consistent…but What the fuck happened to all the blue dust from the second movie in the fifth movie
If we assume that the bowl(First image) they prepared for the blue dust ceremony is the amount they expected to reap, they got at least TEN TIMES THE EXPECTED YEILD. I mean for Queen Clarions Sake FAIRY GARYS UP TO HIS TORSO IN THE STUFF!!! IT SHOULD LAST FAR MORE THAN 8 YEARS!!!!!
In the fifth movie there’s like….a bottle of it left. (Second image)
These fucks are rationing the shit out of it! They have this tiny little dropper they fill meticulously so they never use too much!!!
How were they coasting on the previous 1 bowls worth for 8 years if they apparently blew (haha blue) through 10x the expected ceremony amount in what 7 years max?…Maybe I should establish why I chose that number
“When is this movie supposed to take place?”
Maybe this movie takes place a far long while after the Lost Treasure but nothing seems to suggest that.
The movies started with a pretty simple concept. Tinkerbell is introduced to seasons.
1. Tinkerbell - Spring
2. Lost Treasure - Autumn
3. Great Fairy Rescue - Summer and also possibly in the wrong order chronologically??? Why is summer after autumn? Idk unless this is her second summer this doesn’t make sense but also it can’t be her second summer because during her FIRST winter she tells Periwinkle about Elizabeth. Strange
4. Secret of the Wings - Winter
The fifth movie MUST follow Secret of the Wings because Periwinkle. It also does have a 1 year time skip. I personally believe the movie takes place…a maximum of 6 MAYBE 7 years following the second movie. The reason I say that is because the Blue Dust ceremony happens every 8 years. If this movie takes place less than 6 years in the future the misuse of the Lost Treasure blue dust is even worse. If it takes place 8 or more years in the future I would assume they’d have an even greater surplus of dust since they still have the dope ass moonstone staff Tinkerbell made.
Maybe they do have a secret surplus stash of dust but there’s absolutely no suggestion of that in the fifth movie. It’s like they’re pretending the second one didn’t happen but they’re still using the blue dust concept that the second movie established so that’s weird.
Maybe Fairy Gary lost all the dust in a bet. Maybe it’s hidden under his kilt. Maybe he snorted it like magical cocaine. I have no answers. Maybe it’s in the books.
Someone who’s read the books please tell me if there is an answer. I will appreciate it
I was ponding this myself not to long ago and had figured the reason was that most of the blue dust we see laying around outside of the bowl couldnt be used bc it had been "contaminated" so to speak. Besides that I got no idea lol
The only semi logical solution but I still don’t like it cause like…what makes the bowl special?
They carry the dust in many different vessels and Zarina is able to accidentally steal a crumb and it still works fine.
It’s weird. Pixies are weird and need to find the missing blue dust. I propose they make another movie about it. More Tinkerbell movies please

Real quick just to add why Lost Treasure and Secret of the wings have to be her first autumn and first winter respectively. She is clearly uneducated on the traditions of pixie hollow during both of these seasons and she has to have basic rules of the traditions explained to her like The whole Blue Dust ceremony and the No Border Crossing into winter wonderland.
If you watch the movies it’s pretty obvious but just in case someone’s reading this who hasn’t or hasn’t seen them in a while I’m not misrepresenting the timeline to make a point. The timeline just doesn’t make sense
Another Tinkerbell TImeline thing that prevents Pirate Fairy from being much longer than 8 years after Lost Treasure - All the Tinkerbell movies are prequels to Peter Pan
This is not just because Tinkerbell herself is born in....Tinkerbell...the movie. We also see a young Wendy in the final scene. This Wendy scene in the first Tinkerbell movie is weird. See Wendy is a young child but shes not like....a toddler. Shes probably in the range of 5-9 years old. In Peterpan Wendy is 13. That means the entire Tinkerbell movie timline has to take place within 8 years. Also they never have and never will explain WHY SHE TOTALLY ABANDONS PIXIE HOLLOW. (to my knowledge based on only seeing the movies)
They should make more movies just to explain why all the movies are weird and have no continuity. It would be great. Maybe we could find out who assassinated the Winter Ambassador. SHE EXISTED IN THE DS GAME AND THE FIRST MOVIE! THEN SHE FUCKING DIED

"I'm not (media illiterate)."
Lily, you are one of THE MOST media illiterate people on the face of the earth! You decided Moon Girl And Devil Dinosaur was "automatically garbage" because you heard it was going to be serialized; You dismissed Amphibia as "irredeemable trash, sight unseen" because you heard it had a story and fell for some stupid nontroversy regarding a crew member's fanart; You sided with Disney suits when they cancelled The Owl House for being "too dark and scary for kids" to appease some moral guardians and watchdogs (who may've not even existed)! You want to control what kids watch, you want all of animation to be nothing but toothless, slice-of-life romantic comedies with no action, stakes or soul. Just like your crappy coffee shop AUs.
Not to mention whenever any piece of media contains disturbing and/or problematic moments, you automatically believe it equals "endorsement" and to you, we're all impressionable babies who can't tell fact from fiction and need to be "protected for our good." You just want censor and police fiction to satisfy your own holier-than-thou self-indulgence. Helen Lovejoy much?
"I didn't (accuse Rebecca Sugar of being a sex fiend)."
Hermana, WE HAVE RECEIPTS!
You and your simps decided that a sweet, wholesome picture of Steven wearing his mother's hand-me-downs is somehow Rebecca Sugar's way of "sexualizing him." Even more, in your awful Rebecca Sugar Must Die video, you accused Sugar of sexualizing the character of Stevonnie and that through fusion, Sugar made Seven and Connie "have sex". For this you constantly attacked Sugar as a "creep", "pervert", "disease", "fascist sympathizer", trying your hardest to convince everyone that Sugar is some Neo-Nazi pedophile.
No, Lily! Rebecca sugar is not-and never has been-a Neo-Nazi pedophile! She didn't sexualize Steven! She didn't sexualize Stevonnie! But most of all, fusion was never a metaphor for sex!
The only ones sexualizing Steven, Connie and Stevonnie are YOU and your simps!
Lily Orchard’s Steven universe video was filled with examples of her not understanding the show. She just doesn’t understand shows with mixed serialized and episodic arcs.
She dismisses so much of the show as filler despite the fact that many of the “filler” episodes she lists are integral to characters development and arcs.
Keyan Carlile sharing his Dms with Quinton Reviews in the newest Wizards video was just...such an unexpected thing for me and I don’t know why. Of course the two guys who made obnoxiously long video essays about decade old children’s sitcoms would talk to each other about their obnoxiously long video essays about decades old children sitcoms
hey babe you’re so sexy do you wanna come over and watch all 30 hours, 47 minutes, and 32 seconds of quinton reviews nickelodeon sitcom universe video essay series
Can the trend of stupid long video essays about children shows of questionable quality never end please? I need them
Athena P is out here doing God's work as well.
They're not as long but she has a lot coming.
Omg I can’t wait til she covers Sophia the First. I hope that video ends up being long. I need that
I have watched >26 hrs worth of videos about icarly/victorious/Sam and cat made by one man and all I can truthfully say I have benefitted is I understand this image
Are you neurotypical or do you have a Comfort Video Essay?
It’s a tie between Cj the x’s cat valentine video or Contrapoints Cringe. I’ll rewatch those every day. I love them
Can the trend of stupid long video essays about children shows of questionable quality never end please? I need them
Yeah, whenever i watch one of the Quinton Nickelodeon universe series videos, I watch all of them. Which is now 6 videos, all over 4 hours, most over 5.
glad to know I'm not the only one who loves these
one of the main reason I do like them is because it feels nice knowing I'm not the only one who analyzes kids shows in and out
I think for me it’s satisfying to finally hear someone talk about things I remember noticing as a kid but couldn’t talk about because my friends didn’t watch Nickelodeon and Disney sitcoms.

Let them end, it's 3 hrs of the creator dissing the show 😒
Most of its not dissing. It’s review and analysis. That’s fun! Of the videos I’ve seen most of them seem to look at the shows in a pretty positive light. (Especially the ones by Keyan Carlile) There’s critique but that’s to be expected. Children’s sitcoms tend to have plenty to criticize.
I swear Laura Post voices all the best purple haired and outfitted girls. She’s my favorite voice actress
