so i am well aware that this blog does not have many followers and the like. i still would like to say this as a black person in the united states

if you are saying yipes great thing i do not live in america while this is happening, i am here to burst your bubble. black people are being targeted all over the world. the african diaspora is world wide, and in that diaspora black people are constantly targeted. from where i live to where you live, we are always faced with some sort of hate. 

if you look into where you live, i can guarantee you that you will find some sort of news about black people being treated unfairly. it’s something that we live with even though everyone wants to thirst after the black characters or want in on the black aesthetic and memes. if you want to show your support, fucking donate. spread word to people who can donate. do something other than sit on your ass and sigh in relief. help us, spread word about these injustices against us. keep yourself aware of them.

IT’S QUIET, THE ONLYSOUND IN THE GALARIAN NIGHT are the Kricketot playing gentle tunes for oneanother. It was peaceful for once, a quiet night in the busy life of achampion. It was something worthwhile, a blessing to most. Could it be ablessing for her though? Being left in your own thoughts was a mysterious thing,you never could tell where your mind would wander to. Thinking about your life,from life’s saccharine joys to the tart regrets, they were all there beingblended in your mind, it made for a concoction better named as poison.

She still had lingeringregrets back home in the warm Henosian air, regrets that she might not ever beable to shake. It left her in dangerous moods, with anger filling her veins,melancholy overflowing, confusion leaving her restless. Rosana was always inthese moods, tight like a rubber band waiting to snap. It left her up at night,staring at anything that could give her a hint of what lurked in her home.Paranoia was the beast in her mind, leaving her shuddering as if she were anewborn foal, who could she trust?

There was a tightness inher breast as she hunched over, hoping to curl in on herself as if that wouldprotect her. Rosana’s breathing was labored through her grit teeth, her browsfurrowed in pain, hot tears streaming down her face. In her crying state, shecouldn’t hear when the patio door had opened behind her, a loud yawn escapingthe lips of Raihan. He seemed like he had just woken up, probably finallynoticing that Rosana had left the bed to ruminate outside. “ Yo, Ro’, come backto bed, babe, ” He called out to her, likely not wanting to panic and force herinto a further state of unrest.

He gently rested a handon her shoulder before running the back of his hand on her wet cheek. The touchfelt like a feather’s touch, causing her to look up at him. She pulled her legsaway from her chest slowly, though her breathing was still labored, snifflingas if she were a child. “ C’mon. Let’s go get that pretty face all cleaned up,then let’s get to bed. ” True to his word, he led her to the bathroom, gentlytaking a washcloth and wiping her face clean, pressing a soft kiss to her lipsafter he finished. He pulled her towards the bedroom before plopping himself onthe bed and pulling her with him. Again, he yawned as he crushed her in a hug,forcing her to follow suit. A husky chuckle left his lips as she was yawning,pressing another kiss to her forehead.

“ What’s so funny? It’syour fault I’m yawning so much. ” Rosana laid still for a moment, her lips pressedin a slight pout. She’d miss this going home. This security, that she found. Itwas embarrassing to say, but she felt as if she could be vulnerable for thefirst time in her life. It was sad, when goodbyes were said. For now, she’dbask in this.
