Listen. Stop. If there is ANYTHING you watch that I reblog that I consider worth it, itâs this. It has everything. From limited animation, to absurdly detailed animation, sing-along-physics, and also just good old slapstick. Itâs too bad Rodney Greenblat hated it so much. When I was little my momâs meatloaf was my favorite food. But ONLY her meatloaf. I didnât like anyone elseâs, and she told me that she would teach me how to make it when I was older. And when I was like 19? She finally taught me, but she told me never to tell anyone else and I was like weird but okay
Anyway, she was super fucking homophobic and abusive to me when I told her I was gay, so hereâs the recipe
4-6 lbs of Hamburger/turkey burger
1 pk onion soup mix OR ranch mix
1 TBs ketchup
1 Tbs spicy brown mustard,
1 Tbs bbq sauce
1 Tbs steak sauce
1 egg
mix, shape into a loaf in a big pan, and bake at 350 for 2 hrs (maybe 2 and a half if youâre feeling dangerous)
You can get almost all of these ingredients at the dollar store, and have leftovers if itâs just you. The leftovers make great tacos if (taco seasoning is also like a dollar). Enjoy your revenge loaf
here's a mashed potato recipe from my homophobic mother that i swore to never share that would pair perfectly!
(6 servings)
-2lbs red potatoes
-1 cup butter (2 sticks)
-1 cup cream cheese (1 pack)
-Chives (optional)
-Salt & Pepper to taste
1. drop those bad boys (potatoes) in a big ol pot. U don't even have to chop them just wash them
2. boil til soft!
3. Drain
4. Mash (usually they're small enough you can use a fork if u don't have one of those squashers) until its a pretty chunky mix
5. add the other stuff. Keep mashing
I like my mashed potato consistancy more lumpy but its all up to you!! Peel the potatoes or keep them on, it literally makes the creamiest fluffiest mashed potatoes which she always served with the nastiest fuckin meatloaf
Now if anybody got some revenge rolls and revenge green bean casserole we'll get a full meal

She made pretty god Dampfnudeln (its like a sweet bread rool you eat hot and with vanilla sauce)
1. Put 300 gram flour into a bowl and make an indent in the middle
2.combine
20 gram yeast
1 tea sp. Brown sugar
3 tbsp milkÂ
mix until smooth
3.mix into part of the flour but leave a big flour rim on the outside
4.set 30 gram of Butter on the flour rim and cover everything with a towel
let sit till you see bubbles in the dough
5. add
 1/8 liter luke warm milk
30 gram Sugar
one pack of vanilla sugar
a pinch of salt
2 eggsÂ
and knead the dough until smooth
6. put
 1/8 luke warm milk
30 gram of Butter
1 pack of vanilla sugarÂ
into a heat resistant glass bowl and let melt (the glass bowl is quite important)
7. Form about 12 dough rolls and put them into the milk
8. Cover with a lid (any lid will go it does not need to be sealed air tight)
Let bake in the pre heated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes or until they start to get brown and fluffy
9. Serve with vanilla sauce or fresh fruit

this is my momâs green bean casserole. when i came out as a trans guy, she entirely ignored me and still calls me her daughter and by my full deadname, middle name and all. she also thinks bi people are just âpissing in both potsâ and called me a few really cool slurs when i told her i was bi!
she wouldnt even tell our family this recipe at holidays so iâd say its pretty secret.
-french cut green beans
-cream of celery and cream of mushroom soup
-packet of ranch powder
-shreddy cheddar
-milk
-crunchy onions
ratios: 3 cans of green beans, one can each of soup, 1 packet ranch, 1 bag cheddar, as many onions as you see fit, a splash milk (maybe 2-3 tablespoons, more if you like your cassaroles more liquidey) per 4 people.
mix everything but the cheese and onions together in a big bowl. plop it all in your oven-safe cassarole dish cover with foil or oven-safe lid and bake on 350 f (175 c or gas mark 4) for 20 mins. add shreddy cheese and onions, and bake for 10-15 more minutes. if you like your toppings crunchy, take the lid or foil off and bake for 5-10 more minutes!

I was always frustrated how my P.E. teachers wanted all of us to go âall-or-noneâ and basically hurt ourselves without letting us build up from square-one like in the first gif. Â Then theyâd fuckin yell at us for not doing it right >:|
Knee-pushups is not square-one.
When I got my first personal trainer, she had me doing push ups almost standing upright in the weight lifting bars so that I could do 15 reps and 3 sets of them. Itâs more about the technique of the push up, and if youâre pushing too much weight, you canât exersize the correct muscles within their tolerances. This post is pretty important tto know cause of that.
I was introduced to the knee push-up last year and it was such a fucking game changer. I had NO idea it was possible to work those same muscles just with a slight variation in position.Â
I wanna just verify that these are excellent for building strength, both as someone who took weights class in high school with a good teacher, and as someone whoâs had a lifetime of physical therapy (not for my arms specifically, but Iâve spent a lot of time in sports medicine centers). And again, if the vertical one in the first gif is difficult, you donât even have to lean into it like that. Start standing, and only lean as much as it takes you to lower towards the wall.
And remember, many exercises can be modified in this way! I did an image search for âmodified pull upâ and got exactly what I was looking for right away, which is this:
Doing pull ups on a lower bar, or from the straps with handles that gyms sometimes have (called the TRX - they can also be used to support yourself during squats and some balance exercises) is a lot easier than jumping straight into vertical pullups, and lets you build up that muscle with exercises that are still comfortable and safe for you, so you can do more sets of more reps.
As a general rule, always start with lower-strain exercises and practice good form before you work your way up. You donât want to have to unlearn bad habits that could lead to injury later as the difficulty increases.

Because I have serious issues with core strength and cannot do a sit up or a crunch without using muscles I shouldnât and hurting myself, I looked up core exercises for beginners (because modified sit ups just have me ways to make it harder), and hereâs what I found.
