I don’t usually comment on posts like this but for over an entire year I suffered majorly from panic disorder experiencing DOZENS of panic attacks a day, to the point where it was a problem for me to leave the house or even my bed! Until one night i was freaking the Fuck Out, i was like! Screw it! I’ll make a run for it! I left the house at like 2am and just walked. Run a little occasionally and get REALLY angry while doing it and the panic would disappear! Instead of giving my head room to panic i’d give myself a goal: just walk around the block twice and THEN see how you feel. And reeaaally focus on that goal. Sometimes it’d take 3 hours to pass and sometimes only 10 minutes, but not once, to this day, has just getting out there and give into the fight or flight response not helped. By taking action you’re tricking your brain into regaining control when you feel out of control during panic/anxiety!
If u scared? Fuck it! Run!
Progress. Just make progress. It’s OK to have setbacks … It’s OK to draw a line in the sand and start over again - and again. Just make sure you’re moving the line forward … Take baby steps, but at least take steps that stop you from being stuck. Then change will come. And it will be good.

Yo, if you wanna use KissAnime, you gotta be able to protect yourself & your computer from its shadiness. This post is discouraging, but sadly, there aren’t any less shady alternatives (aside from the legal streaming sites, of course) Anyway, if you wanna use any streaming site, you should download these Chrome extensions:
- uBlock Origin
And then you’re gonna wanna add this list to your uBlock filters…it blocks a lot of the nasty popups.
- Kiss Essentials
Removes ads and adds functionality. Can never be too safe, right?
- Pop Up Blocker
This extension is a lifesaver, seriously. Personally, I’ve never seen it used on Kiss, but it works a lot on other streaming sites. With uBlock, Essentials, and Pop Up Blocker, it’s very rare that I see ads.
- Minerblocker
As the name suggests, it blocks crypto miners. I can’t vouch for its reliability yet, as it hasn’t blocked anything for me atm.
I also use a tampermonkey script to block the “Are You Human?” thing. Pretty sure it’s on the Kissanime reddit (also, if you use Kiss a lot, browse that sub even more!! It’s really useful to know what the hell is going on the site before you risk your computer). Make sure to download Malwarebytes, too!

All illegal streaming services do stuff like this, so instead of going somewhere else, learn how to protect yourself from malicious advertisements.

I love this version of self-love because it’s much more feasible for people who are self-conscious. Like it takes years of powerful reconditioning to convince yourself that your flaws, like stretch marks or acne or cellulitis, are attractive. It’s basically impossible for most people.
But learning to say “so what, I’m ugly, there’s more to life” not only overwrites this narrative that we have to feel attractive in some way (which is bs) but also reroutes your actual attention to just, living, instead of examining, evaluating, and judging your appearance
