But one important truth remains:
Humans were never meant to have instant access to each other.
For centuries communication was limited to letters, carrier pigeons, smoke signals...
Even if you had an important message for someone there was a constant theme - you had to wait.
As amazing as it is to be able to connect with whomever you want, whenever you want, it also has signifigantly changed how our nervous systems are wired.
We live attached to ours phone, scared of missing an important notification. Anxious, dependent, on high alert.
There are things that aren't meant to be obtained within an instant.
Communication is one of them....
And that's what this song is about.
