you're just mad that my presence is haunting and offputting and yours isn't
Also, no wonder Lestat made an ass of himself at the de Pointe du Lac family dinner in season one, he has no home training and a family dinner table is a PVP enabled zone in his mind. He is used to it being a WWE SmackDown and not the site of quiet and deftly targeted advanced psychological warfare tactics like in a normal dysfunctional family.
What I really appreciate about the "rapture" comment is that the writers clearly made an effort to make Daniel sound as unromantic as possible but at the same time describing the most romantic shit ever. Like Daniel is trying not to admit his feelings, not to look lame in front of Louis, not to be vulnerable but say something really vulnerable (apart from just the fact that he is a guy who can be very romantic but never wants to come out like that). So everyone not DM-aware is probably gonna have a very "huh, that's interesting" reaction but everyone DM-pilled is gonna be like "wait, that's insane, repeat that??"
I know it's not everyone but I see you out there 😑
i get why people don't believe in marriage as a social construct but legally it is the best and easiest way to say "this is who i trust to take care of me when i can't take care of myself" and i'm so glad gay people fought for that right bc when shit gets scary at least i know im in good hands
sometimes being a fan of something means not wanting them to make any more of it
drug addicts deserve housing, food, water, and healthcare btw
Even as a vampire, Daniel Molloy is like a friend you worry about.
cleaned out the garage and found my old thinking cap from when i would think
Where was Lestat keeping his copy of iwtv for the entire duration of the show? Does he keep it on his person at all times? He's strapped on all occasions just by chance he runs into his ex husband ???
not to be a dirty commie or anything but i don't think any one person should have enough money to solve world hunger and then get to decide not to
Louis owning half of Lestat's merch sales, opening up a hotel specifically to invite Lestat to the grand opening Knowing it will be trashed somehow just so he can force Lestat to talk to him in civil court, insisting on a "fan experience" to make up for the property damage (the lawyer literally said "yes you have to fuck him if you want him to drop the lawsuit"), using the meeting to try and force Lestat to talk about their relationship problems, and then going to the concert just to look uninterested the entire time.....he is in fact a beautiful unwell!
this show is a comedy → 8/?
But it was not until a few nights later, when I watched a man pull a knife out of his walking stick, and press the blade to his brother’s breast bone, that I said to myself, Lestat unpack your trunks. You’re home.
My boy Daniel was screaming for help like yeah yk every now and then I feel the vampire loneliness described as the worst pain a vampire can feel and if not that, I sometimes feel like only me and Armand remain in the universe, but yk he kinda orphaned me the second he turned me sooooo I'm really just a mediocre fledgling with no actual powers in a world where every vampire probably wants to kill me. And Louis answer was "lol weird". This is honestly the best thing I've ever seen
