E' una bella storia a lieto fine quella che è accaduta al GP di Monza, dove un bambino sfortunato voleva incontrare il suo beniamino. Ma per colpa delle regole... | P. Ciccarone
A story of a boy, Davide, that is a huge fan of a F1 driver - on the article the driver’s name is not mentioned, they just call him “champion” - spent the day outside the F1 paddock because he hadn’t a pass to get in.
It describes the hopes and frustrations of any F1 fan that can’t get close enough to their idols, I believe, although in the shoes of a child it becomes more powerful. And just because everything in F1 has to be so exclusive. Anyone who ever watched a Nascar race probably envies the connection with fans they have there.
There’s a twist in the story though. The driver heard about the fan waiting for him and sent a note with an hotel address and there they got to meet each other.
Despite the fact that the name of the driver is not mentioned, there are clues that is Fernando. And the beautiful side of him he doesn’t feel the need to share. And I love that.
If you need more details on the translation let me know. My Italian isn’t fantastic but I can help.
