So I found this site (https://cajunavenger.github.io/) and you get to pick your favorite Pokemon based on not only generation but type and you get to pick your favorites out of that. Yeah, in the generations where one new Pokemon of that type is introduced is your only option, it’s still cool to see how you line up. It’s fun and interactive.
When I first did this, I was picking only my personal favorites and skipping over the selections I absolutely had no favorites one way or another. I learned that my least favorite type was ground (like seriously Swampert is on it twice!), and my least favorite generation was Unova. I was surprised that I liked so many dark and ghost types I liked throughout the generations. It was so much fun filling this out and it was such a surreal experience to see everything broken up in such a way it made the 1015 Pokemon seem like it wasn’t really all that much.
