I’m really fucking scared. The court date for eviction got pushed back to the 22nd, but I still have about $200 left to pay before they add another $200 for their attorney fees, because I have to pay their fucking lawyers. I’m about to be homeless in the worst heat wave in years and the wildfire smoke is so bad that no one is supposed to be outside at all. I’ll be on the streets in that because the shelters around here have months long waitlists. I have nowhere to go. I don’t know what to do with my cat. I don’t even have a car to live out of. I’m going to die out there, if not from the heat, then the smoke.
