I’ve decided to put this back up again . Not only to encourage others but myself . I’ve hit a plateau. I feel good about where I am, but really want to push myself to the next level. It’s always good to remember the things we’ve already accomplished ! We get used to where we are and forget how things were before. The best part is how much better I feel and many health issues have been resolved … I am 52 years old, the picture on the left was on my 50th birthday

I feel convicted to say right now that I do have times where I eat normal foods (pizza, nuggets, French fries, a slice of dessert) it happens !! But it’s what you do MOST that counts, consistency …
