Literally thank you to anyone that even still bothers to follow me! I'm basically the worst 'fitness' related blog out there it seems. I seem to promise you guys im restarting more than I actually seem to achieve anything. Which just makes it sound like empty intentions now. I hate that I can't find my stride and consistency. I have so many fitness related goals but I'm struggling so much with all the negative thoughts in my head and heart at the moment. How do people stay motivated when the slump hits? I'm determined not to completely fall back into bad habits and ruin the progress I've already made, but am struggling to keep a grasp on my mojo

I absolutely love people's gym selfies. Seeing everyone so happy/proud of themselves for working out, reaching a new PR, or smashing other mental and physical obstacles is really motivating to me. M I wish I could be one of those people for someone else but sadly this is always how I look when leaving the gym 😂. No gains yet (seriously I'm the least muscley/defined person it seems. But they're on their way :)
