Because it just happens sometimes...Andrew and I tried out a new restaurant last night with Madison, Hunter and baby Rhett. New York style Italian....yummmm. I seriously wanted everything - well almost everything on the menu. I can't eat eggplant although that's one of those foods I truly wish I liked. The old me, the 6 years+ me, would have definitely topped off the evening with a canoli...but I wasn't even tempted. Of course, the entire evening was an out of the norm because at home we made chocolate chip cookies. 🙈 Yeah, every now and then I'm totally ok with it. No, I don't feel guilty today. I will keep my macros in check for the next few days and all will be a-ok. It's truly about balance in my book. I'm on target with workouts, and 90% of the time my nutrition is on point.
