Guys I've been doing so bad. :( I just can't seem to keep up my diet and I'm so out of energy for the gym. I get so pissed at myself at times like this. I just need to remember even what I consider junk food and over eating now is nothing like it was 4 months ago. I used to eat a whole pizza or bring home a big bag of Chinese food and eat it all. I felt like crap after but I just called it a meal. Now I eat a Larry and Lenny cookie and feel like I just ruined my whole diet. I've been addicted to turkey and cheese lunchables, the ones with the two Oreos. I feel so bad because I ate 2 of those yesterday. But I just have to tell myself I've come so far and I can't be mad at myself. Two lunchables in a day is nothing compared to what I used to do. My weight is holding steady at 250, has been for about a week and a half. That's 43 pounds less than I was 4 months ago, why am I so pissed at myself? I still go to the gym every day, my workout may not be where I want it to be, but I'm there and I'm trying. That's what matters right? Tomorrow is September 1st. And I'm going to kick ass this month. I want to be feeling great and gorgeous by October so I can thoroughly enjoy this fall. CW: 250 September GW: 239 I'm gonna get back on track. My goal through this whole thing, since I started on May 8th, has been to weigh 230 by Christmas. That's only 20 lbs away! And I still have 4 months, I can totally do it if I just work hard and keep my eyes on prize. Since today is the last day in August I think I'm going to rest. I'm going to do some art and watch movies. And tomorrow I'll get back to my gym twice a day, low fat low carb life style. Wish me luck! Ps I know like no one read this far, this is more for myself to reread when I wanna review my journey lol
