I don't even know if it's an international thing to have some sort of a common patient information database that all medical professionals can access as needed, to see your medical info and all the stuff that other medical professionals have treated you for and treated you with, and I know that there are probably like a thousand reasons why this would be a terrible idea, but I think everything that gets posted on those things should have a comment section. And those comment sections would be toxic as fuck.
Like you get home from a mildly unsatisfactory doctor's appointment, unsure whether you got what you needed, and maybe a few days later that doctor's report of that appointment gets uploaded, and you get to see what they wrote about you, and beneath there some other doctor who previously treated you has already commented "so your patient came in, described chronic insomnia, said they're on this specific antidepressant for their depression, and you prescribed a medication for short term sleep issues, that is explicitly not recommended for people with depression, and specifically not with this antidepressant? Are you fucking stupid??" And five other doctors who have treated you and can see your files liked their comment.
There's nothing you can do to make a shitty doctor who doesn't care whether you live or die care about you, but maybe they could be terrorised into taking their job more seriously by the threat of being cyberbullied by other doctors.
