Don't think with your brain, think with your space
don't fight the pull, just arrange the things that pull you
treat rooms like different brains
unfinished projects are just game saves, putting it away deletes it
Fun now is a need, not a want
the motor ONLY starts with emotional or sensory pulls (u wouldnt put milk in a gas tank)
abstract and vague tasks or obligations need to be translated into something (or somewhere or someone) immediate, sensory or playful (or they aint getting done)
Stopping needs rest, not starting
you are a high speed train. shifting, stopping, slowing down takes a ton of energy. thats why a day of nothing is exhausting, you're riding the brakes
dont just schedule relaxation, schedule time to cut your brakelines
Plan around momentum, not to-dos
to stay fast you'll always take the path of least resistance, so make inportant things wildly easy and the other stuff a little harder (buy the cute tool, put the yaoi in the closet)
piles are from speed, its just a way-point u haven't formalized yet
a distraction is NOT A FAILURE, it's just neutral info about what's important to you right now
you don't need to force anything, just move towards what pulls you and trust it will all connect. you're gonna do what you're gonna do the way youre gonna do it. when it stops being important, you'll stop too
