Science

Okay, so I’ve done online schooling since about 7th grade. I’m now in the equivalent of 11th grade, doing running start.

My schooling has been christian based, and the difference between the science of christian based teaching and public teaching is ridiculously large. Whereas, through online I was learning about both creationist and evolutionist theories in science. Now, I’m forced to only learn about the evolutionist theory.

It’s stupid as shit.

Todays Workout

2 miles on 7mph without stopping. Stop 45 sec. Quarter mile on 8mph, stop 45 sec. Quarter mile on 7.2 mile. Stop 50 sec. Quater mile 8mph. Stop 50 sec. 1/8 mile 8mph 1/8 mile 7mph. Stop. Total 3 mile workout.

Weights. Bench presses. 56 pounds excluding bar weight. 4 reps. 3 reps of 5, one rep of 6. Various weight things with 8 pound dumb bell intervals. Didnt keep track of time. 

Stretching, sun salutations and cool down. Total of 20 minutes.
