Ingredients: 4 cups kale leaves, stems removed and chopped. 1 cup pomegranate seeds. 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese. 1/4 cup chopped red onion. 1/4 cup chopped walnuts. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar. 1 tablespoon honey. Salt and pepper to taste.
