hi what's up. I notice you've been forced into playing The Game That Hurts People most of your life, and like most people forced into it you have been largely continuously losing. now I know losing a game sucks, especially when it's The Game That Hurts People, but unfortunately the only ethical thing to do is to stop playing.
no, I KNOW losing constantly makes you want to get a win just once, and being told you're not allowed to makes you feel cheated and resentful and just plain pissed off, and that is fair. and okay yes I hear you, why did they get to be morally righteous and correct and winning all your life but now you're being told that you can never have that, so what, they just get to be right forever and you just have to give up and lose forever ad nauseum? I get that too. but first of all let's consider that maybe the premise of them being "morally righteous and correct and winning" is a false one, right? like, maybe it wasn't okay for them to set themselves up in that position in the first place, and maybe we could describe it a different way, like being "controlling and inflexible and afraid of vulnerability".
