Want to Improve your Self Discipline?
1. Make a genuine commitment to being a disciplined person.
2. Be honest about your weaknesses, distractions, and any habits that might knock you off your course.
3. Make a realistic plan. Write it down, or share it with a friend who will help you to be accountable.
4. Design your day to avoid temptations that will undermine your self discipline.
5. If necessary, change your routine.
6. Reward yourself for small steps in the right direction.
7. Although you are aiming to make change a habit, accept that there will be times when you fail ā and if you do, just move on and then start again.
a guide to a good night sleep
Hi all, itās Bianca, itās been a week that I took a break from social media, I was so anxious because someone could send me a message, but I cannot reply to it. However, I spent more of my time in reading and drawing, which really helps me to recharge and relax!!!Ā
Hereās a small guide to a good night sleep! My sleep schedule is so messed up but Iām returning school soon, so hopefully I will able to adjust it to my normal rhythm ā¤ļøšš
wish womenās fitness was more about boosting our energy and getting our bones and joints ready for our old age and getting strong enough to punch men and less about losing weight while getting a bigger ass
Wish women's fitness was more about joyfully moving our bodies to heal our minds and less about avoiding the shame of not being fuckable.

my blog has really been picking up lately and i just wanted to raise awareness around an issue in our community! cottagecore/naturecore/farmcore etc may seem fun and harmless, but there are a few things to remember.
for non-indigenous people in north america, we must remember that the land we are living on does not belong to us - itās stolen. before settlers came to the americas the lands were thriving, and now farm industries are helping to destroy the environment that indigenous people are fighting to protect. instead of idolizing mass-production and farming practices that are harmful for the environment, you should research how the indigenous peoples in your area cared for their home and how colonizers have impacted the way we cultivate/care for farmland.Ā
Hi! Indiginous cottagecore blogger here! You worded this perfectly!
Most tribes have websites with information on their history and culture on them, you can look up tribes/nations in your area and find their official pages and some of them will have information like this straight from the tribal members mouths ^w^
Some state websites will list endangered plant and animal species, this is a good thing to become educated on if youāre looking to turn your aesthetic into reality.
I advise focusing on the foraging and sustainable hunting/fishing aspects of the aesthetic and not mentioning commercial farming.
Sustainable foraging, small chicken coops, and kitchen gardens are all some fantastic examples of showing respect for the land.
Logging and large scale woodcutting beyond just enough to build a home and keep warm is something I would also discourage.
A good rule of thumb is to just ask yourself: āAm I taking more from the earth than I need to keep myself and my family alive?ā And if so, just work on changing what might be too much.
As long as you stay away from idolizing large scale farming, keeping a lot of livestock, hunting things that you are not going to use in some form, hunting/fishing endangered species, or taking more than the limit for fish/wildlife, you should be okay.
This should be an unspoken rule, but please stay off native land and do not forage there unless you are invited, we have a really big problem with non natives stealing endangered and sacred white sage off of our reservations :(
If you are gifted white sage, other sacred items by a native, or invited to come on our reservations by a native friend, thatās definately okay though ^w^!
Stay away from romanticization of pioneer/colonizer days as a whole too.
The last thing Iād mention for cottagecore/naturecore bloggers is to please keep our sacred folklore or spiritual items out of your aesthetics.
Your purpose in life is not to love yourself but to love being yourself.
If you goal is to love yourself, then your focus is directed inward toward yourself, and you end up constantly watching yourself from the outside, disconnected, trying to summon the ācorrectā feelings towards yourself or fashion yourself into something you can approve of.
If your goal is to love being yourself, then your focus is directed outward towards life, on living and making decisions based on what brings you pleasure and fulfillment.
Be the subject, not the object. It doesnāt matter what you think of yourself. You are experiencing life. Life is not experiencing you.
Thank you this is the first post about self love that hasnāt made me want to throw things

a list of simple yet beautiful things to live for:
the feeling of sunlight on your skin
the smell of pastries as you pass by a bakery
being wrapped up in a blanket with a cup of hot chocolate in your hands on a cold night
holding hands with the person you canāt imagine living without
discovering a new favorite song and listening to it on repeat
having a relaxing bath after a long exhausting day
secretly admiring a beautiful stranger you saw on the train
the smell of freshly pulled espresso
stumbling upon an ethralling new book or television series
walking through a city in the early morning when itās chilly and quiet
drinking a spritz during golden hour
Every time I abandon my core values I deprive myself of love and lose connection with my soul. When I lose connection with my soul I feel disembodied and drained of life. I owe it to myself to end this pattern and stop making decisions out of stress that betray my core values. Iām going to do better because I deserve it.
Repeat after me: I am going to love myself. I am going to meet amazing people. I am going to fall a little more in love with life. I am going to achieve everything I am dreaming of. I am going to live the life I so desperately want to live. I am going to find someone who will love me with all their heart. I am going to find peace. I am going to be content.
It is all about mindset, my love. You attract what you think. Deep down, you already know that you deserve all of this, there is just a thick layer of doubt, negativity and fear that needs to be stripped away first. Internalise these affirmations. Repeat them every day - because you are going to be so okay. Do yourself a favour and start believing in the good things.
