Its Home Artificial Week this week (August 4th-10th 2014)
Sharing patient stories about how they cope with enteral/parenteral feeding in the home as well as the support from other health organisations
Such an interesting read! Would be great to do research around obesity
Delicious #nutrition !!! Soba noodle mango and aubergine, plus loads of herbs #summer #dinner #gluten free #vegan #vegetarian

A healthy beakfast of fruit and berry muesli with freshly squeezed orange juice. It’s normally so difficult to stay healthy overseas, but as always, fruit for breakfast can never go wrong. Now that I have a travel tag for my food adventures, I can finally begin uploading pictures of awesome food that occurs outside my house.
So.. It’s dragon fruit season! Oh my goodness…. Nom nom nom.
Awwh I love dragon fruit! Wish I got the purple one, always end up with he grey flesh one D: still tastes good though. Like a kiwi!
The perfect summer fruit breakfast bowl of Watermelon, Lychee, Kiwi and the sweetest, most delicious “Nam Dokmai” Mango that is fully in season now in Thailand. As a girl who eats fruit for breakfast on a daily basis, I think the fruitarian vibes are getting stronger. Soon my blog may be named Redefining Fruit (just kidding).
Ooo the fruit! Great for breakfast or a snack (smaller portion ofc)
Nom!
Stay hydrated bloggers!
Remember... Now its summer its even more important to stay hydrated! Being dehydrated can cause headaches, urinary tract infections, constipation, dizziness and can eventually be fatal! Keep a bottle of water with you, aim to drink around 2 litres of fluids a day (and more if youre exercising) and look after yourself :3

Museum moments with a river view: A perfect summery lunch with a Beetroot, Peach, Broccoli, Chickpea, Cherry Tomato and Lettuce salad with Raspberry Vinaigrette as I sat in the shade of a tree beside the Asian civilization museum and watched the cruise boats slowly move past during our lunch hour. Sad desk lunch? Not for me.
Making Up the Music with @stephanie_fernandez
To see more of Stephanie’s makeup looks follow @stephanie_fernandez on Instagram.
"What started out as a day at home experimenting with makeup has become my career aspiration and ultimately the love of my life,” says 19-year-old Louisiana Instagrammer Stephanie Fernandez (@stephanie_fernandez), who often acts as makeup artist, model and photographer for each of her makeup sessions. “I know my face and body better than anyone, so it is a very familiar canvas,” she explains.
Stephanie defines her makeup style as colorfully creepy. “The gory and creepy side of my style is influenced by my passion for horror movies and psychological thrillers,” she says. “Most of my makeup is also heavily influenced by music. I love to be able to create and see what I am hearing and feeling. I simply see it in my mind’s eye, and my hands do the rest.”
Stephanie’s dreams are as colorful and eclectic as her work. “I would love to do high-fashion makeup for NYC Fashion Week. I would love to have at least 100 art shows before I die. I would love to direct movies and creative direct music videos as well as open a studio to create SFX masks, canvas pieces and explore other media. I have no limits. My mind is constantly moving. I want to do it all.”
