The sun set beautifully in front of me and all I could think of is how amazing it is to live in a world with this majestic sky.

To be able to see this beauty means hope that there is something beautiful at the end of the day. It may only be for a fleeting moment, and pessimists would say that everything that is beautiful will come to an end. But to an optimist's point of view, there's that hope that you will see it again tomorrow, or maybe some other tomorrow. And we all know that before the sun sets, the sun will have to rise again. As there's always a new day to live and start over, as there will be better days ahead.

The road to...

About 2 more months left for this year and I can say this year has been the most challenging yet.

It's been hard. But it's also the year that reminded me and made me realize, and is still reminding and making me realize, that nothing... is impossible. That I can do anything.

It's such a stretch as the road gets narrower. But the finish line's almost there. Almost.

One of the most satisfying experiences I know is just fully to appreciate an individual in the same way I appreciate a sunset. When I look at a sunset … I don’t find myself saying, “Soften the orange a little on the right hand corner, and put a bit more purple in the cloud color” … I don’t try to control a sunset. I watch it with awe as it unfolds. It is this receptive, open attitude which is necessary to truly perceive something as it is.

Discounted items at Sears.com that I love

Having what we need online and being able to shop online is more comfortable now because we won’t have to through the hassle of going to the department store especially if you’re busy. I love looking at home and kitchen interiors so I could visualize how I would like my future home to be. It definitely feels good and I don’t know why I like looking at home stuff. So what I do is I go to Sears.com to look for appliances and furniture samples. Their website is very informative visually and categorized well that’s why it’s a breeze to find what you would want to see.  They have a wide range of products and Sears coupons that are great for the pocket.  I like how they are such an all-around shop for home needs, automobiles, clothing and health & beauty. Above all that, I like everything related to the home.

The first time I went to Sears, I instantly clicked the kitchen under the home category. I may not be a great cook because I haven’t tried a lot, but it’s really my dream to be able to cook really well someday and have a great looking kitchen. I also looked over the bakeware. It may not look like it, but I love looking at recipes for both cooking and baking.

Upon browsing through their website, you would immediately notice there are tons of deals available. Some products would require you to add it to your cart first to see the sale price though. But that’s not so bad, isn’t it? That’s just one way to save shopping on Sears. Look for those that have slashes on their prices, which honestly I saw at most of the products. Just like this KitchenAid Artisan® Series Aqua Sky 5 Quart Stand Mixer.

I’d love to have one of these someday. The color is so pretty too! I think the Sears coupon deal could apply to it. As I mentioned previously, I haven’t had an experience in using coupons but it helps us to save more from our money. Especially if you just put up your own home away from your family or a family that’s only starting out, these Sears deals are pretty great for the pocket. There are tons of great appliances which you could look into.

As I said, I love everything that’s related to home – be it a furniture or appliance, which is why I also love that they have these bedroom sets that are so pretty that I’d want to have that design set someday. Look at these bedroom sets.

It’s just like what I see on home makeovers. And yes I do love watching them if I come across one. :)

Oh and yes, of course, this cute water dispenser. Haha!

Pretty clothes I'd wear from the Nordstrom sale + that shoes got me puking rainbows

When I’m not busy with school or work, I would browse the internet for online shopping. Not that I often shop online, but I like to see what would be my next goal to buy and save up for. One of my go-to sites would be Nordstrom. Though it is an international brand, I just love looking and browsing their site because they got pretty clothes. Actually they have everything you would need! Plus, they carry a lot of brands, which is awesome! This would be me while I browse through Nordstrom.

Lately, I’ve been looking at the women’s work clothing since I know eventually I would need them. The past two terms I’ve been eyeing work clothing since I had business classes and I got my thesis panel presentation. I love the look it presents because I look so mature, haha! Not too mature though, just right for my age. ;)

Naturally though, the first thing I would check out is their women’s sale section. I’m a graduating student and I have to save up for school stuff. I think even if I’m working already, I would definitely want to check it out since hey, it’s not easy earning money. It’s also my goal to save up as much as I can. It’s nice because their items go on sale to up as much 50% off. These lacey dresses are just too pretty.

Also, I love that they carry my favourite athletic shoe brand. They’re also on sale! You can also use Nordstrom coupons and/or Nordstrom promo codes for it.

They also got the Roshe Run Prints we’ve been looking for.

So this is me when I found out about it.

They’re so pretty right? These shoes are so hard to find here. Stocks in SRP(suggested retail price) are limited and they sell out so fast. If we ever do find them, we’d find them among online shop resellers and they sell it twice the price. I bought one once, only because they weren’t released here and they’re just so pretty and I want them so bad. But it won’t be so wise if I do that all the time. It helps to consider if the item is worth the price. At this time, it’s important to know how to spend money wisely. That’s why it’s nice that they offer discounted items, promos and coupons. I personally haven’t tried using Nordstrom coupons or promo codes, though I always see them during checkout, it won’t hurt to try. It would also help us save up. I mean, that’s why we love great discounted items and deals! Haha!

If we have Nordstrom over here, I would definitely often be there because I could picture myself wearing their items. Their prices are reasonable as well. Since we don’t have them here, I’d go online shopping, find discounted products and oh yep, I’d definitely try using Nordstrom coupons. You can check out this site where you can find Nordstrom discount codes, deals and coupons. They got a Nike deal and tons of others! Brb, I’m gonna go check it out.

Many people expect the voice of God to boom like a loudspeaker, but scripture tells us that He speaks in a still, small voice. To us, it seems like an impression inside.

We think, “I know I should go visit my parents. I know I shouldn’t eat so many sweets. I know I should stay home and do my schoolwork.” The “I knows” are God talking to you. Don’t ignore it. Learn to be quick to obey.

A lot of times we know what we should do, but we make excuses and reason it out. “I’ll do it later. I’m busy now.” But, we have to understand God doesn’t ask us to do it for His sake. He asks us to do it for our own sake. I’ve learned that before God will release big blessings, He will give you small tests. Too often we dismiss it and think, “Oh, that’s no big deal.” But if you don’t pass these small tests, it will keep you from the big things God has in store.

Today, don’t put off the little things that you know you should be doing any longer. Take a step of faith and obey Him. As you’re faithful in the little things and pass the small tests, He’ll lead you into the greater things He has in store for you.
