Imagine Your OTP #25

Person A and Person B are arrested for some reason (you decide).

"Let us out! You have no reason to hold us in here!" Person A screams, trying to shake the bars.

"On the contrary, you have several outstanding warrants," the (police officer, guard, or what-not) says.

Person B whirls on Person A, "YOU HAVE WARRANTS! WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?!"

"Oh, you have warrants, too," the (police officer, guard, what-not) says, and he begins to list them off.

Person B plops down, pats the ground next to them for Person A to sit, props their feet up, and gets comfortable.

"What are you doing?" Person A asks.

Person B glances up, "What? Oh, we're gonna be here a while, this list is gonna take some time."

Guys, I watched Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales for the second time, and I gotta say…

THEY SHOULD OF HAD MAMA PIRATE KING AND PAPA CAPTIAN OF THE FLYING DUTCHMAN COME RESCUE THEIR SON IN THE MOST DRAMATIC WAY POSSIBLE DURING THE TRIDENT SCENE. I WOULD HAVE PAID EVEN MORE GOOD MONEY FOR THAT!!!!

Anyways, it’s still a good movie, but I needed more Mama Pirate King and Papa Captain of the Flying Dutchman.

Imagine Your OTP #24

Person A and Person B act for their careers/hobbies. They meet after they are accepted for the leading roles in a movie. The grow a friendship as the movie progresses. The romantic interest that evolves between the characters also grows between Person A and Person B. The sweet, romantic scenes between the characters become more realistic as the two fall in love more. As filming ends and the premiere date approaches, Person A and Person B are constantly commended for their excellent acting, especially for the platonic and romantic evolution portrayed in the movie. All the while, Person A and Person B keep their real romantic relationship a secret, until someone says at the premiere, “ The relationship shown between Character A and Character B, I heard, bleeds reality. Do you two feel it between each other at all?” Person A laughs, “Well, acting can only take you so far. The romance portrayed between the characters is indeed real between us.” Suddenly, Person B, realising what Person A said, blushes, and yells, “THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A SECRET!!!”

Bonus: Person B instead yelled, “WHAT?” Completely (but pleasantly) surprised.

Person A and Person B dancing in the kitchen. Person A sings the lyrics of a song and takes the lead in the dance. Suddenly, they kneel down and loudly sing out "I love you". They stand up and twirl Person B around and ends with an embrace. "I love you, too," Person B says. Person A smiles and presses their lips to Person B's lips, matching smile to smile.

Question

All right, Tumblr, here's my burning question. If you put two phones together, one's microphone to the other's speaker and such and said a word into one of the phones, would the word keep on going through the phones? Would it be an eternal noise going through the phones or would it stop? Science side, please answer.

Imagine your OTP #22

Person B sleepily makes breakfast. The smell of breakfast lures Person A out of bed. They stand behind Person B with their hands on person B’s hips. They brush the hair away from Person B’s neck and kisses them softly. Person B turns around and wraps their arms around Person A’s neck, holding still with their eyes closed as Person A kisses them. “When will breakfast be done?” Person A asks. “Soon. Soon, just keep kissing,” Person B replies sleepily. “Okay.”

Person A and Person B, tired from an excruciating day at work, collapse in their home. Person B sits on the couch and Person A lays down between their legs, hugging Person B's stomach. Person B rubs Person A's back and Person A purrs. "I didn't know you could purr," Person B quietly says. "I only do it in moments of pure joy," Person A replies, their voice muffled by Person B's clothes. "Emtirely involuntarily." "So all those times you said the refrigerator was having problems, it was actually..." "Yeah, that was me." "That's....that's good to know," Person B says, nodding off. "Uh-huh." As Person B leans on the arm of the couch, Person A crawls farther up and snuggles into their chest, still purring.

Imagine your OTP #20

Person A and Person B slowly wake up. They stretch in bed, then look sleepily at each other. They hold each other for a bit longer before Person B finally pulls away and climbs out of bed. Person A holds their arms out and beckons for them to come back. Person B sighs, climbs into their arms and whispers, “Only for a little while.” “Okay,” Person A says, resting their head on them.

Imagine your OTP #19

Person B is dying. They lay upon the bed, unable to move, unable to give a proper goodbye to Person A. Person A is basically forced to sit around and do nothing, because there is nothing they can do, except be by Person B’s side. Person A milks out each day, trying to get the most out of each second. They read Person B stories, combs their fingers through their hair as they sing, and give sweet little kisses and gestures. Person B has a bucketlist, but they are in no shape to be doing that, so Person A helps them make a new one. Together, they look out the window, watching birds fly by, clouds creep across the sky, and people walk by. They listen to every song on their playlist, watch every favorite movie, and, finally, cuddle together. Person A aches, knowing that when they wake up, it will be over, both the joy and the suffering. But, tonight, they take comfort in each other’s arms, for morning has not yet come.

Randomness....

So, I know that this blog is for OTP stuff, but there’s been something bothering me lately in the Dr. Seuss world…. 

In Horton Hears a Who, the Whos live in a town named Whoville on a speck of dust. Right? Yep.

Also, in How the Grinch Stole Christmas there are people called Whos living in Whoville in a snowflake. 

You all know your basic science, right? A snowflake is a frozen drop of water formed around a speck of dust and the like. You also know the water cycle thingy. Water comes down, gets soaked up on the ground or forms large bodies of water, then, through evaporation, ends up back up in the sky. Dust also kind of does that. Falls down with water, wind carries it back up to become part of a raindrop, piece of ice, or snow flake. 

So, either everybody already knows this, or I have stumbled upon something amazing, I believe that the Whos in Whoville in both movies are the same Whos in Whoville on the same speck of dust.

Person A takes Person B to the zoo/aquarium, just for the purpose of being blown away by Person B’s cute expressions and innocent love for the animals. Person A falls in love more. They take Person B by the hand and slowly guides them around, enchanted by the simple beauty and innocence of this moment.

Person A has been saying a lot of philosophical things lately, such as, ‘Beauty cannot be defined’, ‘Darkness and Hatred don’t exist, it’s just the absence of light and love’, and such. Person B, on the other hand, is sprawled out on the floor, in a food coma, *snores* tacos *snores* marshmallow *snores*.

Imagine your OTP #16

Spring edition…. Person A and Person B picnicking in the warm sun, but it ends abruptly as it starts to rain. They decide to cash in the rest of their date at a local milkshake parlor. Person A and Person B going on a walk through the park. Person B says they’re tired and Person A promptly picks them. Person A and Person B looking up at the night sky on a fluffy quilt, surrounded by blankets and pillows, with a bowl of candy/popcorn/some sort of treat near them. Person A is somehow able to pick constellations out and tried to point them out to Person B who is entirely confused by it all. Person A surprising Person B with a visit to the local zoo. Person A and Person B sleeping on the living room floor in the sunlight.
