This will be my blog where I talk about my plush collection! I've had a special interest in plush my entire life, and have recently begun collecting again as an adult. My main fixation at the moment is douglas cuddle toys cats and dogs. Primarily the cats, as historically they have been underrepresented in douglas collections posted online. My goal is to have every version of douglas cat produced, and to have a photo gallery with information of the plush and to preserve the knowledge and beauty of this brand.
I come mainly from instagram, where I'm known as the douglas cat guy. I also call myself the douglas cat archivist.
My plush are loved. They do come with me on travels and get dirty and get baths often. I take meticulous care to preserve them but they are comfort items. Photos however, can last a very long time. I look forward to seeing their journey of being loved with me.
